A convenient place to stay.
Pros:

Location and parking convenient. Breakfast sufficient, but not outstanding.

Cons:

Having to enter via the Public Bar and eat breakfast in the bar.

Pros:

Lovely place, very comfortable and they've made such a big effort to make the rooms 'homely'.

Cons:

Unfortunately no food was available in the evening, as they had a darts match on. Shame as I know the food is really good.

Kings Arms
Pros:

Lovely hosts, breakfast was good hot & freshly made. Room was small but adequate for what we needed. Comfy beds with nice clean bedding

Cons:

Sausage on the breakfast needed to be better quality. Full length mirror in the bedroom would have been nice

1st visit to Holsworthy
Pros:

Lyn was very welcoming and friendly.
She regularly checked that we were happy with our room, which we were.
She was happy to be flexible with our breakfast requests.
Lyn advised us on places to visit and shop.

Cons:

Nothing. Although we had to be mindful about parking outside the pub ad there were restrictions.
We made it work for us.

Looking forward to the next time we are in the area!
Pros:

Welcoming traditional good old British pub! The owners were friendly and chatty and made us feel welcome. Jill checked that everything was ok. It was perfect! Location is right in the middle of Holsworthy on the square.

Great find, really good value, lovely staff
Pros:

So warm and welcoming with good communication. very clean room and fans provided as it was stifling hot. Great value with good breakfast included. Historic old pub in the middle of Holdsworthy with award winning flowers outside and lovely host and staff. Not far from Bude for beaches. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you..the Welsh sisters

Cons:

No blackout blinds so light coming through the curtains very early in the morning. Old pub so maybe unable to get a fixing on the window?
