地點很方便！距離MRT嶼BTS都很近！下雨天可走天橋很方便，旁邊有21航站百貨，美食街超便宜又好吃.
飯店內下午1:00～5:00有399元按摩優惠，按摩師技術很好！按得很舒服！

Pros:

Breakfast was really good.
Location is excellent short walk to BTS, MRT and shopping malls.

Cons:

WIFI connection was poor, always lack in connection.
Cable TV that those certain channels where wanted to watch always were not available especially in the morning for most of the days.
Room cleaning - I always had turned on the room cleaning switch button whenever leaving the room around lunch time but the room was not cleaned up when I back around 4 pm. The room cleaner knocked at my door say room cleaning and I was angry and turn them away with “no need to clean” and this incident had happened twice during my stay period.

Pros:

地點很好，走路5分鐘就可以到BTS Asok站，Terminal 21百貨也在這邊！

Pros:

The room was beautiful and well equipped, extensive breakfast buffet, friendly staff.

Cons:

When booking, I selected the “lady room”, which stated it would be on a “female only” floor. This option appealed to me as a solo female traveller visiting Bangkok for the first time, and was why I chose this hotel. During my first night, I heard a lot of loud male voices around the floor, which was slightly confusing and unsettling given I was expecting females only. When I spoke to staff in the morning, they told me when the hotel is busy they book out the female only rooms to couples/other groups. Whilst it wasn’t a major problem, I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get the service I thought I booked.
