Very convenient location
The area a bit to crowed for resting
my service was not include breakfast but i like the location, it is near malioboro
the mushola is very small indeed, so sad about it

Bathroom - does not have a hand shower
Hotel room is clean. NO smell in the room, and from the bed
Shower. The bath only has head-shower, no hand-shower forcing the guest to wash hair without a choice! A shower cap is given but, I personally prefer to use a hand-shower. Hotel has some repair or renovation on at the front.
Very friendly staff, a nice design in hotel , we had a leaking aur conditioner in the middle of the room, gladly the staff replaced our room with another one.

Location near campuss and shopping mall

Situated at center of the city and easy access to foods. Not really at crowded location. The breakfast is very good even it was not too much but still enough options for guest.
Some of rooms got cockroaches coming out from holes in bathroom especially (room 523)
And lower room may need better sound proofing since someone was chatting down/ near road that can be heard inside the room (123) at around 12-2am.
TV did not work, none of the channels can be watched. Practically just an empty black box taking space in the bedroom. Internet was super lousy. The refrigerator in the room also did not work, just functioning like an empty cabinet seeing that not much space to keep your belongings in the room. The hotel looks good on the outside, and maybe for travellers who do not need internet access in the room, nor killing time by watching TV, this hotel can be considered. However I will not stay in this hotel again. Sorry.
