Pros:

Amazing amazing breakfast.

Cons:

The pools where absolutely full of people, unfortunately they rent out day passes so it wasn't a great experience due to the amount of people.

Also the placemente of the shower is all wrong.. it was in the middle of the bathtub.

Chambre pas disponible lors de notre séjour après 15h libérée depuis 11h le matin nous avons attendu sur un banc sa préparation. Pas de rideau assombrissant pour la nuit. Lumière immeuble d'en face dans les yeux tte la nuit. Propreté moyenne dans la salle de bains.

Chambre très propre et confortable avec un joli balcon.
Petit déjeuner impeccable.

Cons:

Surprise lors de notre arrivée, la chambre n'étant pas prête l'hôtel ne propose plus de prêter un linge de bain, peignoir gratuitement. Il faut en effet débourser la somme de fr. 12.-- pour y avoir droit, ce que je trouve anti-commercial surtout que l'on n'est pas averti avant l'arrivée.

Pour un 4 étoiles, le service est à améliorer
Pros:

L’appartement était magnifique, super emplacement

Cons:

La télé dans l’une des chambre ne fonctionnait pas. La douche non plus (le pommeau coulait en même temps que la douche). Malgré l’avoir signalé, cela n’a pas été résolu. Le cordon de douche dans l’autre salle de bain est trop court et il manque un rideau de douche. Dans l’une des chambres, il n’y a pas de lampe de chevet, il faut se lever pour éteindre. Au restaurant, le service est catastrophique.

Bon emplacement, belle endroit pour se détendre après une bonne rando.

Cons:

Dommage de ne pas pouvoir accéder à l ensemble des espaces welness et qu il payer 30fr supplémentaires...
La chaise de la chambre 201 mériterait des silencieux sous les pieds ( 0 discrétion desqu on la touche) .

Schlechte Hotelanlage, die die hunderten von Touristen nicht bewältigen Kann.
Pros:

Die Art Frühstück war gut, nur die Räumlichkeiten dazu waren katastrophal. Hunderte im gleichen Raum, unerträglich.
Die Organisation katastrophal, das Personal nicht ausgebildet.

Cons:

Es beginnt bei der laienhafte Rezeption. Personal hat keine Ahnung von Dienstleistungen. Sehr schlechte Organisation, keine Infos. Keine Deutschsprache.

Zu grosse Anlage für tausende von Besucher.
