Har bitt på Rio Piedras flertalet gånger och är alltid lika nöjd det ligger nära havet och dör finnsmångarestauranger på gångavstånd,plus att all personal från vaktmästaren städpersonal och personal i receptionen är mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Abbiamo prenotato a fine maggio e abbiamo scoperto per casualità che stavano effettuando i lavori e che ristorante/terrazza , piscina e parcheggio. Abbiamo provato a chiamare per un mese e non rispondevano ( avrei messo una deviazione di chiamata , anche se chiusi, per tutti i clienti che chiedevano informazioni) . Purtroppo ci hanno detto solo due settimane prima che i servizi non sarebbero stati disponibili, e a quel punto era tardi per cambiare hotel. É stato un peccato perché lo avevamo scelto principalmente per quei servizi. Ma sono stati carini dandoci una camera grande con terrazza vista mare e facendoci uno sconto.

From the moment we arrived the staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and had a fabulous apartment with a huge balcony overlooking the sea . The apartment was comfortable and spacious for 2 sisters . Fully equipped kitchen , living room spacious shower and bathroom. On the 7th floor there is a lovely pool with a poolside restaurant and a fabulous view of the beach. The day before our departure the friendly staff at reception organised airport transfer for us. Overall our stay was amazing and I will definitely be back .

The best location ever in Puerto Rico with extreme proximity to the beach. Mega large terraces. Free parking.
Avoid the top floor right under the restaurant unless you are OK with the noise. I also do not like the cold white light bulbs everywhere but that seems to be the Spanish 'standard'.

Appartment is very old and outdated. Pictures does not match reallity. Kitchen facilities was very old. Living rom feels like prison cell. Window to the second bedrom was towards hallway without fresh air and any daylight. I asked hotell if I have a possibility to move to an other place, but they did not accept it even though booking called and tried to come to agreement.
You can hear you neibours talking, coughing thru the walls.
Why not advertise the actuall condition of the appartment so customers can choose if they want to stay there or not?
