Heaven Boutique Hotel

We found all the staff at Heaven Restaurant to be very friendly and professional. We had Mariam helping us for several mornings and she provided a cheerful start to the day. The food is good and the atmosphere is lovely.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I requested what brand they were. I found out that they were specifically for that hotel.
Even though I didn’t use the spa, it was beautiful and relaxing on the way to the gym. Good gym equipment and open 24/7. Nice little bar and restaurant. Good food and drinks. Would recommend this hotel 100%. Great location and very affordable.

My adult children and o stayed at the Heaven Boutique on June 23. We booked two rooms, which were small, but very nice. The staff was helpful, and transported us to the Genocide Museum (which is close by) and to the airport the following morning. There is tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast is included at the restaurant a short walk up from the hotel, which served the best gluten free pancakes I have ever had. My daughter and daughter in law both felt the gluten free pancakes were better than the regular. This was a quick stop over on close to a three week adventure in Africa, snd the hotel met out needs well.

Delicious food, fantastic cocktails and a great ambience - Faustin, in particular, was superb! We walked into the restaurant and had a great experience!

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel complex contains three restaurants which are excellent. I would highly recommend.

Gute Lage und schönes Restaurant mit super Frühstück!

I have had a lousy experience trying to get reimbursed for a reservation made in Jan. for this past month that I needed to cancel due to the US Dept of State's warning about Ebola. First of all they deducted the payment from my cc in March- why? At the time of my reservation there was no cancellation policy noted. Then my colleague and I had to rebook a few different times because out booking thru Bookings.com wasn't registering appropriately. We finally got that straightened out- we were able to cancel those bookings without a problem (nothing had been charged on those, just the earlier one). The hotel sent me to another organization to get repaid, and then that one sent me to another one. Still no satisfaction. I then contacted Bookings who wrote to them and asked them to reimburse me. Still no response. This has not been a Heavenly experience, more like hell to me/ I'm so disappointed in them and once Ebola lifts I'll remember how I was treated. Shabbily.

L'hôtel est confortable malgré de petites chambres. ! La terrasse permet de boire son café tranquillement et tout est propre! J'ai particulièrement apprécié le service du soir qui vient préparer le lit et la moustiquaire pendant qu'on est au restaurant !
Le restaurant est exceptionnel ainsi que le personnel du restaurant !

Right from the start you feel like you are “home” the smiles and the warmth was spectacular! It was so beyond refreshing to just see so much human kindness!! The hotel itself was immaculate clean and beautiful! We went for a walk with a warm and welcoming young lady named Nina!! She helped us bargain at the market and made sure we weren’t taken advantage of! She also took us to see the Belgian memorial! For sure that’s a must to see and only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The food was beyond delicious! My daughter had the beef tenderloin and all she wanted to do was find the chef to thank him!!! Even more special was the wonderful waitress named Josiane!! What a breath of fresh air! She was beyond polite and she just has a special soul! She was just there to please! Nothing was to much for her!! Ask for her when you are there you will not be disappointed! All in all I rate this hotel a 12 out of 10!!! Such a special place to stay! Thank you to everyone!

Everything was nice. The staff was great, and very kind. Happiness was very friendly and gracious.

I stayed at this hotel for almost one week during a trip to Rwanda, where I was speaking at a conference. The hotel is very nice. I was given a large room with a good toilet and a large bed with mosquito net and a TV screen (although I failed to understand how to watch normal broadcast TV. The hotel comprises a small but nice pool and gives access to gym at nearby Hemingway hotel. The hotel also comprises a very nice restaurant overlooking the city. The hotel is located not far from the center of Kigali (about 10min walking) which is a plus in a city where it takes ages to get anywhere due to to the geography and traffic. Overall a very nice stay!

This was my third stay at Heaven Boutique. Lovely comfortable rooms with a balcony. Lovely staff, everything works. Very professional airport pickup. Highly recommend.

Alphonse is an excellent bartender and conversationalist, and the stay is lovely!

Das Personal war sehr nett...sehr bemüht...man konnte sich sehr wohl fühlen.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war nichts Besonderes, aber das Bett war gut.
