Pedimos una habitación para 3 adultos y nos dieron una cama doble con una cama suplementaria para niños, que de echo, se rompió y tuvieron que cambiar.

Adoramos o pequeno almoço.
Péssimo barulho de algum equipamento de exaustão que não nos deixou dormir e que faz até ressonância pelas paredes e teto.
Já várias pessoas se queixaram do mesmo, apercebemos nos depois e continua. Dao um voucher para o Spa quando reclamamos. Mas pagamos e não dormimos na mesma.

Overall very nicely decorated hotel with great attention to detail. Loved the spa, friendly staff, guerlain shower amenities and location. Its in a quiet and upscale area, far from the crowds and noise of the center. Housekeeping also went above and beyond, they clean the room every few hours.
It gets quite hot inside the room and the AC didn’t work very well. A hotel guest told me they stayed in the same room I was in (208) and couldn’t get good sleep either. Breakfast could be better, they serve a la carte small plates and I feel like that just doesn’t work well for breakfast.

O barulho do comboio ouve-se a noite toda
Le lieu est chargé d'histoire, la rénovation de cet ancien palais est très bien réalisée, le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse. La chambre était très confortable, petit bémol on entend le train qui passe la nuit en contre bas. Quand je reviendrai je demanderai un chambre vue sur rue et non vue sur piscine. Si non tout était top et petit déjeuner fabuleux!!!
