Guests with pets must complete and sign the pet admission form and pay a fee of €25 per night /per pet and a caution of €100 per stay. Only cats or dogs, with until 10kg, are allowed. We can accommodate a maximum of 1 pet per Room/Suite, and it will only be accepted in our "Club rooms and Princess Suite".Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A beautiful gem of a hotel
Pros:

Such a charming hotel. Great location for a good run in the morning. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was amazing and the pillows were so comfortable. We will be back!

A beautiful, historical treasure with all of the modern comforts.
Pros:

The property was absolutely beautiful, immaculate, extremely comfortable, and staffed with very knowledgeable, helpful and kind staff. We were so pleased and really enjoyed our stay there. We feel that the employees really went above and beyond to ensure that we had a really comfortable stay. We especially love the historical aspect to the property.

I have stayed here three times now and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

If anyone has to visit the Champalimaud hospital this is a perfect location, also obviously for the area of Belem.

Cons:

Never seems to be an opportunity to check in early, breakfast choice quite limited. Trams run frequently, so can be heard from the room( depending which side you are on) Other than that, very comfortable!

L'accueil du personnel très professionnel et sympathique, spa vraiment top avec des soins de grande qualité, la chambre très confortable et spacieuse. Propreté impeccable. Petit déjeuner à la carte avec un bon choix. Très beau bâtiment mélangeant harmonieusement le style portugais traditionnel et modernité.

Cons:

Seul bémol à mon sens, la cuisine asiatique au restaurant. La qualité est top, mais on s'attendrait plutôt vu le cadre à découvrir une bonne cuisine de tradition locale.

relaxant pour un séjour professionnel, recrutement et formation du personnel du SPA à réexaminer
Pros:

le charme d'un bâtiment historique
la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner avec les pastais de nata faits par le chef et que l'on peut commander au départ
chambre spacieuse
la localisation ,le spa avec piscine intérieure et un massage du dos par un remarquable professionnel qui a dénoué mes tensions

toilettes bouchées dans la chambre
chambre non faite à 13h30
une grande partie du personnel ne parle pas français, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie
le soin du visage au SPA n'a pas du tout correspondu à mes attentes; manque d'explications préalables, manque d'adaptation de l'esthéticienne à la cliente.

Wonderful
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel right in Belém. It has a beautiful and quite spacious outdoor swimming pool and wonderful indoor spa facilities. It is housed in a historic building with lots of character, and we were given a wonderful room. The staff made us feel truly welcome and were extremely attentive. Thank you!

Cons:

If I had to mention one thing, only small, it's the coffee - I'd prefer real coffee to Nespresso in a hotel of this quality.
