Guests with pets must complete and sign the pet admission form and pay a fee of €25 per night /per pet and a caution of €100 per stay. Only cats or dogs, with until 10kg, are allowed. We can accommodate a maximum of 1 pet per Room/Suite, and it will only be accepted in our "Club rooms and Princess Suite".Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Problème de communication. Informations contraires données au client. Notamment concernant l'accès à la piscine intérieure, annoncé inclus au départ puis payant.
Ce qui donne une expérience désagréable.

L'altis Belem propose tout inclus et une communication très claire

Amazing stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

The pool and spa are fantastic, and the staff very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, and the hotel is beautiful.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit small/bland, and it seemed like there was a bit of a lack of staff, especially at the pool, the service was very slow.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

That was our second time there. It’s a lovely hotel, with a lovely indoor pool. It seems to have less families with children, which is a bonus

Cons:

Gardens in general were not kept as nice as they should for a 5 star, but that obviously didn’t impact our stay

Highest quality stay in Lisbon
Pros:

Beautiful spacious rooms, comfortable in an historic place where modern design blends in perfectly. Professional service, excellent spa and pool.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better organised, simple things like cold milk, cereals, yogurt should not have to better organised ordered via the waiters but be part of the buffet. In our case things we ordered arrived very late, orders got lost.
