Please note that children under 16 years old cannot access the Spa area including the indoor pool.

Guests with pets must complete and sign the pet admission form and pay a fee of €25 per night /per pet and a caution of €100 per stay. Only cats or dogs, with until 10kg, are allowed. We can accommodate a maximum of 1 pet per Room/Suite, and it will only be accepted in our "Club rooms and Princess Suite".Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Bliss! Eager to return!
Pros:

The hotel and staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived all the staff made us feel so welcome. Thier helpfulness and service was second to none and continued throught our stay. The hotel was immaculatly clean throughout with stylish high end decor. Our room was peaceful, comfortable and breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Cons:

All Good. Extremely happy with our stay.

MAGNIFIQUE HÔTEL DANS UN BÂTIMENT HISTORIQUE
Pros:

Architecture et histoire du bâtiment historique. Très belles parties communes magnifiquement décorées. Superbe chambre dans la partie ancienne. Voutes plafond en briques. Très large, belle décoration également. Avec tout le confort. Personnel super sympa.

Cons:

Rien à reprocher. Tout était parfait

Pros:

In winter (we were in February) only the indoor pool was opened. It was very relaxing to swim there and stretch the body.
The parking lot was extremely comfortable.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

I stayed here during the weekend when I ran the semi-marathon in Lisbon. The stay was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The place itself is also really beautiful. I’m not someone who gets irritated by small details, and I truly loved both this place and the city. If I find another weekend to visit, I will definitely come back to the Palácio. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
