The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, the 15E tram drops off in front which gets you to any of the sights along the river. Hotel staff was beyond helpful and the amenities are so nice! We arrived jet lagged and we all turned in for a nap only to wake up to fresh fruits, snacks and wine quietly placed in our foyer. Breakfast is so delish, the Po Tat restaurant is beautiful. We took a swim and rested in sauna/steam rooms and felt refreshed to start sightseeing. The room we stayed in was so big with a dining area and huge master bedroom. There were so many lighting options within the room. Turn down service was great too! The vaulted ceilings makes the entire place so spacious and all the windows! The two couches in the living room turn to to beds. Exposures on so many sides makes the room bright and airy. Highly recommend!
This is my second stay at this property. The care and kindness of the staff is unmatched. I love all the amenities of the hotel. The location is perfect to give you privacy and space yet close enough to many attractions. The hallways smelled like fresh vanilla. The breakfast included is terrific and saves you so much time. In the summer the indoor & outdoor pools are great options. The beds are super comfortable with well appointed amenities. As palatial as the hotel is, it’s really the staff who go above and beyond to make your stay so satisfying. Thank You Front Desk, Housekeeping staff and restaurant crew for another exceptional stay.
