Very attentive staff and luxurious stay. We hosted our pre-wedding welcome drinks in one of the terraced rooms and the staff couldn’t do enough to accommodate us and it was a great event.
There was nothing we didn’t like!
This stay, offering unbeatable value for money, was wonderful. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. All our requests were dealt with promptly and with a smile. The little touches made us appreciate our stay all the more: pasteis de nata on arrival, a welcome note left in the room, and another to check that we were still having a lovely stay.
The breakfast, which is partly à la carte, is EXCEPTIONAL. And when you add the swimming pool to that… A luxury hotel at an affordable price!
It would take some real nit-picking to find any weaknesses!

Quando fiz a reserva procurei por um hotel com estacionamento.
Escolhi este porque mencionava ter parque. Quando cheguei, tarde, estacionei e fiquei surpresa por me pedirem 25€. A surpresa vem de ser um hotel de 5* e por, ter procurado por isso. O funcionário preferiu falar me inglês do que em português, e, mais uma vez, por ser um hotel de 5* isso foi desconfortável. Disse que antes era gratuito, agora não. Mencionou que tinha de pagar, depois não. O que me incomodou foi a forma, e não o valor.
O hotel é muito bonito, o staff atencioso e prestável. Adorei o restaurante e o miminho que me foi deixado no quarto. A localização é excelente para quem necessita ficar próximo de Belém e imediações. Recomendo e planeio voltar!
