Location & pool although a little busy because of the weather
No air conditioning in the rooms,
Staff were pleasant
Room was boiling hot - window wouldnt open more than an inch - maintenance came to open it further but once it was closed - couldnt open it at all
Asked for a quiet room and was placed above the function suite with a wedding going on - not quiet at all.
Window blind was broken and room was very dark even with all the lights on
Got moved rooms - an upgrade - room still dark and safe broken.
Breakfast wasn't good - tables not clean or set, had to ask for plates, cutlery, mugs and food - not topped up enough. One particular member of staff hung about at the entry desk but could have done some work - tidying and topping up.
Location and the room was spot on.
The service at the restaurant was shocking!
The pool was very small and we were only aloud in for 45 mins
Dinner was poor quality and overpriced
Lovely location and everything was great including the breakfasts, beds, cleanliness.
The windows are single glazing, and a latch was broken. They fixed it ASAP tho.

That when restaurant closed and food ordered we were given out to for eating in the lobby and were forced to leave
Rooms lovely comfortable and clean
Check in was so slow! And the restaurant staff was even slower!
15 minutes sat waiting before I had to go and ask staff to take order for our drinks and food. Drinks took another 15 minutes to come so no drinks for 30 minutes. Food was good but service really let it down
Good conference facilities, good location, lovely staff.
Little pricey for what it was, breakfast was mediocre compared to similar hotel stays.
Very clean room, nice facilities generally but the staff need more training, particularly in the restaurant and bar area but also on reception. Lots of mistakes made throughout our visit.
Staff got our order wrong for the evening meal, got our drinks order wrong at the bar, didn't know how to make certain drinks, didn't know where the menus were. I could go on.
Lovely friendly staff, and got a free cookie upon checking in 😍 room was clean, bed super comfy.
