Great location and grounds. Was staying with my dog and there was so much space to walk her.
The room was on the ground floor and near an exit so easy to pop in and out when she needed out.
I have stayed here before and is my first choice of place to stay when visiting family in Peterborough. Same price as the more basic hotels.
The serenity and beauty of the property and the location.
The attentiveness of the staff.
Nothing
The room we were moved to was comfortable, spacious, nice bed, great shower, very clean. Slept well, no noise. Good heater. Pool was nice and warm, sauna, steam room and jacuuzi good too. Grounds were lovely, with lots of wild life. Restaurant and pub were good. Staff were lovely. Great location close to town and other pubs. Food and drink was really good, again very pleasant staff and good service. Cleaner did a great job every day in room. Would definitely recommend. Just a few things could be improved but nothing terrible.
First room had the RTV thermostat broken off and so not controllable. We were kindly moved to another room. The round table was excessive along with the main table so took up a lot of space. The shower door can easily be opened too far and hits the sink, this could be dangerous. The shelf above the bed made sitting upright to watch tv uncomfortable, we needed 3 pillows each to sit upright without your neck being on the shelf. Gym was just a few static bikes. Changing rooms need updating with private showers in the mens.
The room and very clean
Value for money

The breakfast could have been a bit fresher but juice was good
Loved the friendliness of the staff, the spa facilities, and the steak in the restaurant.
