Beautiful stop over
Pros:

Beautiful surroundings and dog friendly. Lovely night staff very welcoming made us a sandwich after a long journey.

Cons:

There was some confusion over paying for the dog. So we paid twice in the bill. When we tried to explain we had paid it felt like they did not believe us. A bit more belief in the customer is always right would be nice !!

Pros:

On the positive side, the heating worked well, it was nice to have tea and coffee in the room, and I really enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

The carpets appeared a little dirty and the interior felt quite dated, particularly the windows and doors. The pool and changing areas could have been cleaner.
