Very classic,
Good and interesting.
Absolutely nothing.
Location
The scrambled eggs contained eggshells, which was very unpleasant. Also, the windows throughout the building, including the spa area, were extremely dirty and covered with stains, which made the hotel look poorly maintained. These issues negatively affected our overall experience.
Amazing place to stay
No air conditioning in room
Need updating and rooms updating
Flies and mosquitos everywhere
Breakfast was ok
The young boy, possibly on work experience, had long curly dark hair hanging over his face. He could hardly see. He was trying to flick his head sideways all the time, particularly near the exposed food. We found that extremely unhygienic
Great building shame is a little run down
Would benefit from some TLC
The scenery was beautiful
The rooms were a bit dated and there was no fridge.
The lady at the spa reception seemed very moody and not very friendly. Didn’t seem to like her job much.
Size of room and bathroom. Quiet location.
Comfortable bed.
Cleanliness of the restaurant at breakfast. A lot of dust present, especially around the window area.
Breakfast yummy, staff very friendly, family meal in Hayloft was great. Swimming pool a Godsend in the heat...beer excellent !
Steak was somewhat overdone, but tasty
Lovely breakfast. Plenty of choice, nice staff.
Just.a bit hot in the room. Tho a fan was in room.
The grounds are fantastic - well worth exploring the woodlands and churchyard nearby.
I paid the extra pet fee which included a bowl and blanket which we did not receive. A small detail.
Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, lovely pool.
Bathroom in need of updating, grouting around bath and floor needs re-doing to remove signs of mould and the shower head needs replacing.
