N/A
Beautiful location and property is very ornate.
The room was really nice and spacious. The breakfast was nice with a variety that went from cereal and fruit to a cooked English breakfast. Been able to use the pool was great for the kids.
It was a hot day and the room was quite warm. There was a small fan in the room, but it did not help much. The pool times for the kids are a bit restrictive. We would have liked to go to the pool before breakfast, but the pool opened at 9 and the breakfast finished at 10.
very friendly staff - pet friendly and lovely grounds - dogs were allowed to breakfast as well
Location
Food in the pub was poor
Insects in room servicr meal and ants in bread at breakfast. Complained but no reply.
Really enjoyed an hour in the pool as its OAPfriendly and a nice temperature.Food and drinks very good also
Cant think of anything.
Beautiful peaceful location, food in the pub was great, staff friendly and helpful. Room was big and comfortable.
We would have liked to try the restaurant but it doesn’t open on Sunday nights.
Lovely hotel with good atmosphere
We enjoyed our stay here. The use of the spa was lovely, the spacious room was comfortable and the grounds were nice for walking particularly after breakfast which was also great. We would definitely return.
Nice big room
Decor is tired, needs a refurb in public areas.
Cosy. Big rooms swimming pool and jacuzzi
Bit dated. Needs updating and tidying
Interesting historic building with grounds and a peaceful location very close to Peterborough town.
Broken windows in my bedroom, broken Venetian blinds in one window. A tired hotel in need of significant refurbishment and investment. The breakfast has to have been my least favourite experience, it was what you’d expect in a Skegness guesthouse! Although that may be being unkind to Skegness (I’ve never been)
Large hotel in nice grounds, however, tired looking and the food at the Ramblewood Inn next door was sent back - a refund was given.
Staff friendly, polite and helpful with a good breakfast.
Booked a mud ritual at the spa but it wasn't working properly - and refund was given.
