My room was so called, the heater was only working at night, not at day time and even if it’s working the room was so cold because the window is not well isolated

Enjoyable. Would come back. Also breakfast was very nice. Good value.
Pros:

Hotel was in good area to explore Dundee. Staff helpful with any questions we asked. Room tidy with good facilities. Also nice and warm.

Cons:

Entrance needs upgraded. Also had to walk up steep hill from car park. Wife has difficulty doing this. We couldn’t enter from car park level.

Very good value and excellent location, rooms just need an upgrade
Pros:

Excellent location with ample parking for guests. The views over the river Tay must be some of the best in Dundee.

I will not stay here again .

Location veiw from room

Cons:

To noisy , floors creak everywhere bed close to door , huge gap under door , everybody walking past felt like they were in the room.
Wedding function below room on Saturday so no sleep was had .
Cleaner had to be prompted to clean room.

Breakfast not included in price on line , but deals were advertised inside hotel for less than online booking, with breakfast included .
Person clearly on some sort of drugs in lift that me and my family had to get in to go to our rooms , asked for cigarettes and spare money
