Pros:

The only reason I did not give top marks for was facilities as the Hotel did not do evening meals but did very good breakfasts, would say within easy reach were several restaurants that served excellent meals.

Cons:

Apart from the above on evening meals would say the the hotel gave a top service to its customers

Pros:

Staff friendly and the hotel is central, comfortable, and clean.

Cons:

When I stayed there before, the bar was open more than this time, allowing us all to meet up instead of congregating in the reception area.

Overall, not bad. Not great value for money.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were lovely. The location is perfect for what was needed. I overall enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The room was significantly smaller than I expected, or is advertised. The bathroom was shockingly small, and the position of the toilet between the very small gap between the bath and wall, makes it very difficult to use. You should perhaps tell guests the room allocated, can be smaller than advertised. I felt a little disappointed with what I paid.

Service hit and miss
Pros:

Staff on Fri at breakfast were great.

Cons:

Quality of food on Friday was poor. Staff on Sat were poor. 4 guests in dining room and 3 of us had to go up to the two staff behind counter to order hot food as they were too busy chatting. No utensils were put out so the sliced cheese and cooked ham slices had to be picked up by hand.

A Great Place To Stay In Dundee.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, the room was comfortable, the hotel is an interesting building very close to the centre.

Wonderful Dundee Hotel
