A formerly great place to stay
Pros:

A well-located hotel for central Dundee. Comfortable bed and a decent shower.

Cons:

The hotel is nice enough but could do with some love to bring it back to its former glory. The rooms aren't air-conditioned, so you have to choose between a stuffy night's sleep or the noise of the Perth Road and local pubs.

Comfortable stay in a good location
Pros:

High ceiling and space around the bed, suitcase holder, iron, desk and easy chair. Clean and warm, sense of history.

For a stop over , was convenient to get around by foot .
Pros:

In the middle of the town , so everything was easy to walk to, so convenient to access places , shops, restaurants, and discovery point .

Cons:

Was a little noisy, because of being in the middle of the town , but you have to accept that .
