City visit, comfortable night, parking
Pros:

Location was good, with parking available. Room was small, but fine, on 3rd floor. Historic Victorian building , being upgraded. Fantastic oak staircase. Pleasant bar and breakfast area, though we didn't realise it was there.

Cons:

Large broken window of grand street entrance , hopefully soon to be repaired. Lift not working would have been impossible for some visitors, hopefully temporary.
Reception is very internal - would be more welcoming closer to the entrance ... Just saying

Bad
Cons:

Hotel kinda seems in disrepair, could be so much better looks like it might have been really nice back in the day but like its not really been maintained, everythings kinda out of date, the lift out of service, nipped out to car after 12 for something ended up at the door for over half an hour ringing door bell and banging on the door to get in before someone opened up, wouldnt reccomend definitely not staying again

I personally won’t be staying again cause the bed was not a good sleep with it being 2 different sizes
Pros:

The building was nice itself

Cons:

King bed which was 2 beds put together but the beds were different height so the bed was not flat. Had to look for the phone which was under the bed ? Had to get key fob reset 3 times.

Cons:

My room was so called, the heater was only working at night, not at day time and even if it’s working the room was so cold because the window is not well isolated
