Pros:

Breakfast was good. The lady at Breakfast was lovely

Cons:

Didn't like the fact booked a twin room. Was at first going to be given a double room. When we advised a twin room had been booked, we were given what I would say was a family room. Great big bed and small single bed. Asked for a different room but were told that the hotel was full and no other rooms were available.

Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect. Hotel is dated and very creaky floorboards but expected from an old hotel. Great value for money and fab choice of cooked and continental breakfast

Cons:

Creaky floorboards in room and corridors

A traditional, classy building in excellent city location with easy parking. The room was nice, facilities within the room fine and breakfast was excellent. Staff were welcoming and friendly

Cons:

Some fittings a wee bit old but part of the charm and still functional

Really sweet so l would book again.
Pros:

Really lovely, helpful staff, nice decor, very clean and comfortable beds. Brilliant location and views. This place has soul, I dislike modern, beige hotels. This is a historic building and yes, old school, but it's delightful, generally.

Cons:

Room was cold and there was something wrong with the radiator as it wouldn't heat up - we asked for another room, which we got and it was warm and lovely. This was a wee bit stressful but it didn't ruin our stay.
