Très décevant !

L'emplacement est parfait !

Cons:

Séjour professionnel du 20 au 25 avril très décevant. Malgré plusieurs demandes, la chambre n’a été nettoyée qu’une seule fois (la veille de mon départ). La chasse d’eau est restée hors service pendant 4 jours, réparée seulement à la fin du séjour, malgré de nombreuses relances. Petit-déjeuner en deçà de ce qui était annoncé (manque de produits, options indisponibles). J’ai dû écourter mon séjour et aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé, y compris pour la dernière nuit. Enfin, je n’ai jamais eu de retour de leur part après les avoir contactés pour expliquer la situation.

Nothing really.. gives you everything you could need for a stay although it’s a little tired it doesn’t detract from its character esp at such good price point

Schmale Bettdecke, schmutziges Bad und Toilette,
sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt.

Colazione ottima e abbondante, personale disponibile, buona pulizia. Posizione comodissima e posto veramente bello di cui si percepisce la storia oltre alla modernità.

Cons:

L'hotel si trova all'interno di un edificio storico e quindi nulla da dire su cose come il pavimento scricchiolante o le finestre vecchio stile che sono addirittura un lato positivo. Purtroppo però mandava un po' di cura nei dettagli. Per esempio una grossa macchia di muffa su una tenda e i rubinetti senza miscelatore.

Historical place but not sure if Id stay again
Pros:

Great location, historical building. Top of the tops - a full bath! I only took showers for the last couple of years so it was great to lay down in the bathtub and relax :)

Cons:

Some of the staff were not so friendly, unfortunately. I asked for the invoice at the check out and they said they would send it but I havent received it so I had to ask again when I came back home. Small issues with opening the room door or switching the light on in the bathroom. Average breakfast - only tomatoes as for vegetables, at 8:50 am some stuff gone and not replaced even though the breakfast is served till 10 am. A club nearby so a bit noisy - even on Wed night.
