Location, room, food and staff were great.
Hairs in the bath. I felt obliged to clean the bath before I used the shower.
The staff was lovely it had a relaxed feel about it need to book again soon x x

Location of room right next to fire door at top of stairs was banging shut from 5:30am onwards by other guests.

Very friendly staff (especially the receptionists), stunning decor and location. Breakfast was delicious
Only criticism is there was an old champagne cork and crisp wrapper down the side of the bed and a lot of dust in the wardrobe. Wouldn’t put me off coming back though.

Draft beer extremely expensive (£7.30 for a pint of Moretti), school prom taking place and noisy until 11pm. Would have been nice to have been told about the prom so I could have booked another room on opposite side of hotel.
Travelling on business so wanted an early night due to early start and driving.
Had the most amazing stay here last night. The staff went above and beyond and were very attentive. The food was next level. Couldnt fault a thing would highly reccommend this hotel
