Pros:

Had a problem with the heating in my room , and we were promptly given an upgrade to a larger more comfortable room 😀👍 . Buffet breakfast was amazing.

pleasant company and surroundings we loved Dollar park

the hotel was central for what we had come to do and see
although room 39 had no heating on it was very hot inside

Like the Curates egg.
Pros:

Light breakfast each day which was good. Fish and chips in the evening was good. The reception team was very helpful in helping me cancel a nights stay on booking.com

Cons:

I was in a room with no internet access so you cannot work in the evening. So I asked to change rooms which was a bit annoying. However the reception staff was able to move me. I had been in that room previously but on that occasion I could not be moved.
I left my hair clippers in the hotel 3 weeks ago on a previous stay. I contacted the hotel 3 times to ask if they had been found. The answer was no so i bought a new pair. Then i asked on chance as I was checking out Wednesday morning and the lady on reception found my pair with house keeping.
