Ok nothing special
Pros:

Clean rooms and good location for the Kelpies

Cons:

Rooms like a sauna
Awful pillows in a huge bed (pity otherwise that would have been perfect nights sleep)
No thought behind decor - even a couch in the bar would have been nice
Buffet breakfast 50/50 - sausages and eggs great - bacon should have gone back into the kitchen to start again.

No air on, no ventilation, no sleep :(
Pros:

Good location. Helpful staff.

Cons:

A stifling hot room with no AC and no bathroom ventilation. The WiFi was too weak to work (we were in the last room on a 2nd floor corridor).
The breakfast coffee came out of a flask and, quite honestly, was awful! There was no full-fat milk available.

The staff were excellent when dealing with issues and serving meals
Pros:

Good location, excellent parking, helpful to have a restaurant for all meals

Cons:

The room no52 was VERY hot,however other rooms were ok in the heat wave.

Decent, but could be better. Staff great.
Pros:

Staff were all great. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room are tired and need of a refresh. Quite expensive for what you get. Stayed in hottest day of the year so far and the heat was unbeatable. Nothing that can be done there, just how it is

Great location with vegan food menu.
Pros:

Vegan food options evening menu. Plant-based soya milk cartons available for breakfast cereal.

Cons:

No plant-based spread for toast at breakfast or for the bread roll for the vegan soup option was still served with butter.
Rooms have no aircon.

Hun som ordnet rommet var meget behjelpelig

Cons:

Sto at det var toalettartikler- det var det ikke! Det var et lite såpestykke, og 2 små tuber med kombinert dusjsåpe/sjampo. Jeg spurte i resepsjonen, men desverre det var ikke mer. Men, hun sa at Tesco var 4min unna, og de hadde.
Hotellet bar preg av alderen.
Lite stikkontakter.
Frokosten var helt grei, men de fylte ikke etter med pålegg selv om det var 1 time til frokosten var over.
Burde også vært et lite kjøleskap der

Would def stay here again!
Pros:

We had a lovely overnight stay at Park Hotel. Room was nice and clean and staff were all super friendly. Great location, only a short walk into the town centre and a nice walk along the canal to Falkirk wheel. Would def stay here again!

The cocktails, and the staff i spoke to.

Cons:

I have previously stayed in this hotel as I work in the area once a year. This year I dont know what happened, I ended up in a room that wasnt clean.

Reception staff were very helpful and kind, and serving staff in the restaurant and bar were also lovely.

Unfortunately I dont think I will be back the mess of the room has put me off. I thank the head housekeeper who cleaned it tho it was much better.

Clean, enjoyable and in a lovely location
Pros:

Fresh bedroom feel and had everything we needed. TV worked well and was connected to internet for Netflix etc.

Cons:

Radiator was left on so room was roasting and only one window opened.
