Pros:

The staff was friendly. The hotel common areas were clean. Food was wonderful.

Cons:

The breakfast could use some more options. Canned fruit cocktail was offered, but patrons want fresh fruit. More options for tea bags, not all patrons want Plain black tea.... fruit, green, English Breakfast, Earl Grey. Deli meat and cheese would be a great addition too.

Very good.
Pros:

Location and clean: staff were excellent. I was staying for the first time in Falkirk for a funeral where the reception was also at the hotel. Kim’s staff allowed me an extra hour check out to be at the funeral.

Food was excellent at the reception. Helpful in ordering taxis.

No windows or air conditioning room was like a sweat box
Pros:

Staff was lovely

Cons:

Our room had no window or air conditioning it was like a sauna staff provided a fan which didnt do anything other than blow the hot air around the room. Honestly wouldn't leave a dog in that room.
