Value. Fine for one night.
Pros:

Up to date. Looks recently refurbished. Good value. Good staff, friendly and very welcoming.

Cons:

Bed hard. Single bed was not a full single. 2’ 6. Very limited evening menu. 2 curry’s or 3 pizzas. Pizzas served in a box.

Great staff
Pros:

The staff were fantastic, super helpful and very friendly!

Cons:

The sink was a bit small, but that’s not a major problem.
The main issue was that the room was extremely cold when I arrived and the fact that the member of staff was not trained to issue me with a second key was slightly odd.
However eventually she managed, so all good in the end.
The staff are very attentive and their help is thoroughly appreciated!

Pros:

Staff were lovely, as they always are. Room was clean and tidy. Shower was hot. Most things were fine.

Cons:

The toilet seat had a major crack in it. The cord for the roller blind had snapped so it could not be raised and lowered.

Nice little weekend break
Pros:

Staff were lovely the room had all you need plenty of places to eat. We went for a total rested weekend and thats what we had. It suited us

Lovely vibes and Service at the Hotel
Pros:

Brilliant service, friendly staff. Jackie was amazing at night shift, she was a great help and lovely to talk to. Would 100 percent come to pontypool and this hotel again.
