Cons:

The drain in the bathroom stank a lot, I am not sure if it was just the hotel problem or a general issue in Lisboa. But it was not pleasant unfortunately.

La habitación que nos designaron era interior, el problema era el ruido constante de alguna maquinaria del hotel, lo que nos impidió descansar, hemos hecho una reclamación,puntualmente una persona de recepción demostró poca empatía

Toplocatie voor als je op cityptrip bent.

Ontbijt was heel lekker en ruime keuze. ideaal voor een goed ontbijt als je op citytrip bent. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. niks op aan te merken . de kamer & badkamer waren zeer proper .

Cons:

de kamer was nogal donker aangezien we een raam hadden die uitgaf aan een luchtkoker. Dit was niet zo erg aangezien je toch pas s'avonds laat toekomt op de kamer en dit dan niet veel meer van belang is.
Bij het ontbijt bleven de tafels soms lang niet afgeruimd doordat er wat te weinig personeel was om dit goed op te volgen .Maar dit is zeker geen verwijd toe naar het personeel want ze deden wat ze konden.

Kleines einfaches, aber sauberes Hotel für Kurzurlaub.
Pros:

Frühstück war klein aber fein, ausreichend und für jeden etwas dabei. Wurde auch immer wieder nachgefüllt.
Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Metro um die Ecke. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen in der Nähe.
Reibungsloser Ablauf beim ein- und auschecken im Hotel war auch prima.
Sehr gute Zimmerreinigung, alles tip top. Obwohl wir die Handtücher auch mehrmals benutzt hätten, wurden sie täglich gewechselt.

Cons:

Keine schalldichten Fenster, wie online beschrieben wurde. Kleines Zimmer und recht laut, einmal von der Straße, aber leider auch im Hotel. Es gibt immer wieder Gäste, die sich nicht benehmen können, da wären abgedichtete Türen schön gewesen. Im ersten Stock am Fahrstuhl hört man jeden, auch wenn morgens das Frühstück vorbereitet wird.
Die Betten sind recht hart, wir sind leider jeden morgen mit anfänglichen Rückenproblemen wach geworden. Haben dadurch auch leider nicht so gut geschlafen. Aber andere mögen vielleicht harte Betten. Wie in vielen Hotels wenig Ablageflächen und keine Haken im Bad.

What an amazing hotel and trip from start to finish! Our stay at Hotel Luena exceeded all expectations, and the service we received was truly outstanding.
A special thank you to Anna and Damien, who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The staff honestly couldn't do enough for us. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful, but Anna deserves special recognition for helping us understand the Lisbon Metro system and the best routes to explore the city. Her kindness and local knowledge made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.
The room was excellent, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hotel's location is ideal, with great access to transport links and all the amenities you could want while visiting Lisbon.
The breakfast was an exceptional surprise and far exceeded our expectations. There was a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality food, making every morning a pleasure.
In our opinion, Hotel Luena should be rated at least a 4-star hotel. The level of service, comfort, and attention to detail was outstanding. This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had, and we will definitely be returning in the future.
Thank you once again, especially to Anna, for making our trip to Lisbon so special and memorable. We can't wait to come back!
