Pros:

Ein gemütliches kleines Hotel in guter Lage, Bus und Metro Stationen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar.
Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück bietet eigentlich alles, was man für einen Start in Tag benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, Zimmer hatte alles was man brauchte und das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend. Wir konnten sogar unsere Koffer und Gepäck am Tag der Abreise bis spätnachmittags stehen lassen, dabei hat uns vor allem Damian und Anna sehr freundlich unterstützt. Bitte weiter so und gerne wieder.

Lovely weekend stay at Luena
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for metro. You can walk into central Lisbon very easily, although the route is pretty urban, so not missing too much if you don’t. Similarly, the airport is just one metro line switch away.

La camera non aveva una finestra sulla strada, ma dentro il cortiletto e non entrava luce. Ma tornavamo solo per dormire, quindi va bene così

Ideal für einen Städtetrip!!!

Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert, nachdem wir dort innerhalb von drei Wochen zweimal (deswegen auch zwei Bewertungen) für jeweils zwei Nächte gewesen sind. Das einzige Manko ist wenn überhaupt die Lage, wenn es einem darum geht, direkt im Trubel von der Altstadt zu sein. Aber auch dort ist man entweder in 20 Min zu Fuß oder in drei Minuten mit der Metro, deren System sowieso super ist, um den Stadtkern von Lissabon zu erkunden. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer geräumig, super sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Man findet jedenfalls auch als Vegetarier etwas. Das wirklich Beste an dem Hotel sind aber die Mitarbeiter, weil wirklich jeder Mitarbeiter ausnahmslos überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch mal für einen Plausch zu haben ist. Um zwei Beispiele zu nennen: Wir konnten einmal unser Frühstück auf den zweiten Aufenthalt switchen (mussten sehr früh zum Flughafen) und bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt konnten wir durch einen Zimmerwechsel bereits 4 Stunden vor Checkin ins Zimmer. Und wir haben noch nicht einmal darum gebeten, sondern es wurde uns explizit angeboten. Daher verdient sich dieses Hotel, insbesondere auch was Preis-Leistung angeht, die Bestnoten!
