Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metra, w pobliżu sklepy, bary, restauracje. Świetny personel, pomocny - bardzo miły gest - odręcznie napisane życzenia urodzinowe i wino w prezencie, podobnie było w Wielkanoc.
Śniadania dobre, jak na południowców to urozmaicone :) Pokoje nie za duże ale dosyć funkcjonalne, codziennie sprzątane, czysto, mimo że w niektórych miejscach widać już ślady użytkowania.
Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta.

Cons:

Mogłoby być lepsze oświetlenie w łazience ale to drobiazg.

Pros:

O Hotel é extremamente bem localizado com uma estação de metrô e trem poucos metros, as instalações são uma graça, a rua segura, charmosa como o hotel e com estacionamentos comerciais úteis. O hotel é bem decorado, com o espaço super bem otimizado da recepção aos quartos. Vi pessoas reclamando da área do pequeno almoço mas achei mais do q suficiente, até pq tem um horário bem estendido. Ainda deixam lanches com suco e água disponíveis para os hóspedes gratuitamente na recepção o tempo todo, o q pra mim é um diferencial (inclusive vi um funcionário do qual infelizmente não me recordo o nome oferecendo pra um entregador de comida em um dia muito frio e achei una atitude muito generosa e empática) o q reflete no tratamento da equipe conosco. Tive mais contato com Luciana, Rodolfo que foram incansáveis em nos ajudar e agradar e com o rapaz barbudo e a moça baixinha, magrinha, morena dos olhos claros (me perdoem eu sou péssima com nomes) do café e que pessoas carismáticas trabalhando com boa vontade é um sorrisão mesmo naquela hora da manhã.
O quarto foi suficiente pra 4 e confortável, eu só colocaria mais suportes de mala. Fora isso vcs estão de parabéns, esperam q sejam bem recompensados pelo trabalho acima da média.

Nice and clean with great location
Pros:

Hotel is nice and very clean, in the central area, there is shops and cafes in the street so location is very good. Staff is great, professional and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Overall, great value for money. Highly recommend!
