Great stay
Pros:

Staff was very polite and professional. Rooms were immaculate and the hotel overall was very clean. Very nice they offer complimentary juice and water. Very thoughtful they left a bottle of wine for my birthday. We were pleasantly surprised. Very nice gesture.

Parfait, propre et facile d’accès
Pros:

L’accueil est des plus agréable. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé pour découvrir Lisbonne en transports et à quelques minutes d’un métro. Notre chambre était propre et au calme. Le séjour sur Lisbonne a été des meilleur et l’hôtel Luena y a largement contribué.
Merci à tout le personnel et particulièrement les 3 personnes de l’accueil

Hotel perfecto fuera del bullicio, muy bien comunicado
Pros:

Las camas muy cómodas, las habitaciones muy limpias con suficientes enchufes. El baño a bien equipado. El desayuno más que suficiente. La ubicación fuera del bullicio a 4 paradas de plaza Rossio. Y lo mejor es Ana, recepcionista la cual habla un casi perfecto español y nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo siempre que se lo solicitamos, siempre con una sonrisa. Un muy buen hotel, una grata sorpresa. Si vuelvo a Lisboa (que volveré) iré a este hotel

Por poner algo. Era una habitación triple, y era un pelín pequeña para tres(nada importante) siendo familia

Bon séjour
Pros:

L'accueil et le personnel : très gentil et serviable. Ils parlaient français. La propriété : c'était impeccable

Cons:

Il n'est pas possible de mettre la climatisation si on est à l'extérieur de la chambre et elle fait du bruit donc nous avons eu très chaud pendant lanuit + le lit 2 personnes était très petit

Insgesamt hat das Hotel dem Beschrieb entsprochen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, kundenorientiertes Personal und schöne Zimmer. Das gebuchte Zimmer mit Blick auf Hinterhof, war ein Blick in einen kleinen dunklen Schacht. Mein Wunsch auf ein anderes Zimmer wurde umgehend geprüft und ich konnte problemlos gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis das Zimmer wechseln.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war defekt.

Pros:

L'accueil très sympa , bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Attention l'hôtel n'as pas de parking comme indiqué mais à un contrat avec un parking à 10min à pied .
