Hotel comodo per la metropolitana. Comunque il centro è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 25/30 minuti.
Struttura pulita, staff molto gentile e disponibile

Più che soddisfatti
Pros:

Camera pulita e funzionale, personale cortese e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito, ogni giorno bottiglia di acqua in camera, bevande e dolcetti sempre disponibili nella hall. Posizione un po' decentrata, ma fermata metro vicina e con linea verde centro raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Bar, supermercato e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Ci siamo trovati proprio bene!

Cons:

A voler essere pignoli, la nostra camera si affacciava sul lato esterno, su una strada piuttosto trafficata, e quindi risultava rumorosa per me che ho il sonno leggero. Comunque, appena ho fatto presente il problema, si sono subito adoperati per proporci soluzioni alternative e ci hanno pure fatto trovare in camera della frutta fresca con tanto di biglietto scritto a mano. Ho apprezzato molto come si sono comportati. Quindi niente di negativo.

Prima verblijf voor 2 nachten

Goed ontbijt. Kamer werd goed schoon gehouden, dagelijks schone handdoeken.

Cons:

Badkamer had geregeld een rioollucht. De kamer voelde klein aan. We waren met 3 personen, maar er stonden 4 bedden. Het was ook wel benauwd, de airco kon wel aan maar dan was het weer erg koud. Er was niet echt iets tussenin qua temperatuur.

Gut...beim Frühstück ist Luft nach oben.

Sehr freundliches und serviceorientiertes Personal. Lage gut, um Lissabon zu erkunden

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein.

Das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Nur 2 Wurst und 2 Käsesorten fand ich etwas zu wenig und gewechselt haben die Sorten auch nicht. Da ist noch Luft nach oben.

Спеціальний сервіс - привітання з Днем народження за 10€

Cons:

Це був жахливий досвід. Ми мали пізній приліт, об 11 заселились в готель, зайшовши в номер відчули дивний запах, але не одразу звернули увагу. Коли лягли спати відчули запах чи то прального порошку чи супер сильних ароматизаторів, почалось сильне подразнення слизової у мене та чоловіка. Неможливість дихати. Ще якийсь час ми спробували кондиціонер, потім вікно - але воно не давало повітря бо виходило в стіну. Персонал на рецепції сказав - ʼВільних номерів немає - нічого зробити не можемо, інший готель ви зараз не знайдетеʼ - вже за півгодини я забронювала інший готель і ми виїхали - оскільки залишатись до ранку було просто небезпечно. Якщо вам дороге ваше здоровʼя - оминайте це місце подалі.

P.S. Оплатили проживання і сніданок повністю, на запит повернення поверх вартості чи частини коштів - сказали що ми вже скористались номером і взагалі нас привітали з днем народження. Не повернули кошти навіть за сніданок.

Отож сервіс - 0, готель намагатиметься зробити так щоб ви задихнулись. Пізніше перевірила відгуки гугл з 1 зіркою, в зрозуміла що це не тільки наше враження.
