Good place to stay for traveller with car.
Pros:

Compact yet fully-equippedroom for 1 person. Would say it's up to standard as a hotel.
As small as it is, the bathtub is still provided.
Washing machine and others facilities required for a traveller is available.

Its about 9+- min to walk to the nearest Yui rail station.
So i would recommend here only if travelling with car or taxi.

Cons:

The only issue is the location. There's only few restaurant around for dinner (left turn from hotel there's 1 Yakiniku, 1 Naan and 1 Izakaya as i walk around).

Else the other restaurant and the nearest convenient store (turn right from hotel) is quite a distance and it's slightly dark.
(Don't fool by google map as the road behind the hotel is actually an upward slope)
