Really nice boutique hotel all modern conveniences and a two minute walk to the Zocolao. Super friendly staff, some who do speak English. Nice rooftop restaurant and seating areas. I’d definitely stay there again

Close to the church and shopping. The breakfasts are amazing and the restaurant is a Michelin star. It is located in an art gallery. It is so clean. Staff is amazing

Poor management decisions.
Pros:

Staff was moved to their sister property for Super Bowl. Amenities were closed. I was told to visit their sister property and enjoy what they had to offer. When we arrived at the other hotel we were turned away because we did not have a reservation. Didn’t feel wanted.
That being said, the property and the rooms are nice. Location is great. I apologize for being an inconvenience but my money spends just as well elsewhere.

This boutique hotel is a true gem. Stunning location, amazing room with kind and generous staff. Booked here at the last minute for a wedding being hosted in town, spent most of the weekend eating at the amazing hotel restaurant! The wedding party came over to visit after the wedding and wished they had booked this hotel for one of their venue evenings and their own hotel stay. You can’t go wrong!
