A little bit of luxury
Pros:

The staff were kind and the room itself had exceptional amenities: heated beds, a spacious tub with jets, several levels of room lighting, and a fancy bidet toilet. The room was clean and even the heated beds had been turned on to make them extra cozy when we arrived. The location was on a fairly quiet road which was suited to us.

Cons:

The stairway looked like it hadn't been dusted in a while with quite a few spiderwebs. Also, while I did book a room with a double bed, we were given a room with two twin beds. Not a big deal for us but still, as a couple we would have appreciated the room we asked for.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby and hallways we clean and well kept. The room was clean, but could have used some maintenance (bidet 1/2 functional, wall paper peeling, no hot water on last day, etc). If you're looking for a place to rest your head and leave your belongings while out and about, this is the place.

가족여행으로 이용한 숙소였어요
아이들 포함 다섯명이 이용하려 예약했는데 당일 체크인할 때 방을 업그레이드 해주셨어요
예약한 방보다 넓은 방을 사용할 수 있어서 너무 좋았고
사장님의 세심한 배려에 너무 감사했어요
내부도 청결하고 불편함없이 아주 잘 쉬었습니다
다음 전주 방문 때에도 또 오페라21에 숙박할 생각입니다!

Pros:

주변이 모텔촌이라 식사를 하려면 조금 걸어나가야 하구요 주차장이 넓어서 주차걱정 안하셔도 되구요 4인가족 패밀리룸을 이용했는데 넉넉한 방크기는 만족스럽지만 년식이 좀 된게 아쉬운편입니다

숙박시설에 먼지가 많았고 냉장고 속에도
