Perth stay
Pros:

Location was ok - good to be close to the river for morning walks, but a bit dodgy at night.

Staff were very friendly & cheerful.

Very cute heritage building at the front, has a lot of character!

Cons:

The parking was very tight, small car spaces and at the rear of the hotel with no direct access - it's literally at the rear of an adjoining building). I would not have liked to be walking to & from the parking by myself at night as it was quite dark, but luckily my daughter was with me. No room service - there is a bar on the rooftop but only has pizzas etc.
Also one of the two LIFTS was out for our whole stay (11 nights). That mean't waiting a while for the one working lift and often it was packed.

Clean, comfortable and well located apartment
Pros:

Great location, clean, comfortable bed, good quality toiletries, modern with everything you needed. Even a guest laundry with detergent. Lovely roof top bar with tasty pizzas. Helpful friendly staff.

Cons:

Only one of the lifts was operational, they were working on fixing it but not successfully during our stay

Pros:

Nothing or maybe the view.

Cons:

Staff were rude, we asked for early check-in as we had been working nights. So I booked it 1 week previously and told them why we needed it and still nothing no compromise or making up for it at all. Like they couldn't care less.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Das Gepäck konnten wir bis zu unserem Abflug auch noch an der Rezeption lassen.

We booked quest for proximity to the event we were attending and the hotel and staff met are expectations to the event
