The room was vey clean and comfortable, a comfortable bed, with a view of the river.
Also very well equipped kitchenette.
Bus or an easy walk to Perth CBD and Elizabeth Quay!
Clean rooms, we'll equipped, two bedroom with two baths, kitchenette, classy home electronics, comfortable room temp in winter, quiet too. Luggage storage, long operating hours of reception, vending machines, convenience stores nearby, couches and accessibility arrangements complete the stay experience. Walkable to Elizabeth Quay, Old Supreme Court and direct bus to Fremantle Markets.
Slightly far from Murray Street and other food restaurants streets in a relatively quiet area.
We like the location
The 1 bedroom unit we were allocated was tiny, way smaller than usual, it was cramped and we had no room to store suitcases etc. The shower leaked terribly and overall we were very annoyed that the restaurant is advertised but is now closed, we chose to stay here again because of the roof top bar and restaurant so that was extremely dissapointing.
We usually stay at any of the 3 Quests, Asost,, East Perth or Midland but won't stay in the city again, unhappy with the room allocated for the price and no restaurant although still advertised as available.
Very central. Right next door to IGA. Comfy and clean. Front desk staff and cleaners are amazing.

Beautiful room with functional kitchenette for light cooking. Room is clean and comfortable. Walking distance to shopping street.
Shower needs minor improvement as the water splashes out to the toilet area. Position of microwave above the sink can be adjusted to allow user to wash dishes without getting knocked.
Otherwise, a pleasant stay in city area.
Room was warm and comfortable. Even though it's a pretty small hotel it is good they have a 24 hour reception person.
I was expecting a bit more of a kitchenette. Really it was just a hotel room with a tiny cooktop & microwave. Also the bathroom mirror had not been cleaned & there was muck on it from the previous person. The outdoor furniture was really dirty. Everything either needs a reburb or a big scrub. Checking in was also the most tedious I've experienced for a while. The staff were friendly and wonderful, but the process seemed super slow.
Location was good
Room was very dirty and not as advertised, there was dried blood in multiple spots and the bed was 2 different height singles pushed together making sleep almost impossible as someone who is 190cm tall. The shower door won’t close properly meaning days of a soaking wet bathroom floor making and wet feet going to the toilet. I could hear every bit of what the neighbours in the next room were up to and there was stomping around from the room above until well after 1am
