Pros:

Great location, was lucky enough to have my room upgraded to a 2br which had lovely views of the river

Cons:

Unfortunately one of the lifts was broken down (and had been for a few weeks) and only one other lift operational meant long wait times. Also didn't appear to have a service elevator for staff so the housekeepers were also using the one elevator too.

Quest war eine super Wahl.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war super! Geschirr, Mikrowelle, Herd und Wasserkocher. Zudem willkommens Kaffeepulver und Schokoladenmandeln. Die Aussicht vom Dachrestaurant ist super. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Leider funktionierte nur einer der beiden Lifts.

Pros:

Quaint entrance facade (renovated church), leads to the main tower block. Location was great, especially if you plan a visit to the Perth Mint. The room was compact but fairly well equipped, certainly had everything we needed for a one night stay.

Cons:

The elephant in the room is the elevators. They only have 2 and one was broken/out of service. The remaining one was struggling erratically (people reported waiting up to 15min for a lift that then wouldn’t stop on their floor) and in fact completely broke down just as we planned to leave for the evening. We only had to walk down six flights of stairs, others were not so lucky. Both lifts clearly need urgent attention. The check in staff who had been very helpful and hospitable on arrival really didn’t seem to have any process in place to deal with this situation. Management should have been on site to address customer concerns and expedite a solution.

It was okay. But pretty disappointing considering we paid $500 for one night.
Pros:

Staff were fine, it was clean and good location.

Cons:

Aircons were so noisy, too hot to sleep without them and we didn’t get any sleep. Lifts were broken and stairways were locked.

Cons:

One lift was full time out of service.
The only lift avalible then broke down and we had to use the stairs to get to level 7 (I have bad ITB pain in my right knee too)
We had to use the stairs on 5 separate occasions - it would of been almost impossible for elderly to get to level 17.

Pros:

Check in was great, staff offered us drinks vouchers for rooftop restaurant and was very welcoming

Cons:

Lifts were out of order only having 1, and then it stopped working for a little while but was back up n running in no time.
Also the communication from the start was great in meeting us informed

Lift a bit tight. Only one working But I suppose it's fixed by now.
