Decent stay
Pros:

Property walking distance to the city and Jacob’s ladder. 20 min away from the airport

Cons:

The cleanliness can definitely be improved, housekeeping was just bed making , no vacuuming or cleaning the floors

There was a mix up in the rooms. I arrived late and the wrong key was in the lock box. I booked a room with a washer and a dryer but I had to stay in the original room.

Great and cosy place to stay with well-equipped kitchenette
Pros:

The room itself was great! It came equipped with all the cooking utensils so it helped us have more options for food as we were planning to cook the entire stay. The reception was also very helpful and helped with my house keeping problems too. We were also located right next to King's Park & Jacob's ladder so it was great for sightseeing and nature trails. There was also free washing and drying machines with laundry liquid so it really helps for longer stays

Cons:

Housekeeping was lacking in some areas, some days we would come back to the hotel with the soaps empty and not refilled or TV remote not working and we had to go down ourselves to get the items from the reception as the housekeeping staff had ended for the day. There is also no housekeeping on Sundays so take note to keep your towels. The location was a little inconvenient by public transport and takes the same time to walk to the city centre.

It had great potential

There were 2 issues that spoilt it. The bathroom had a pungent odour about it. Smelt a bit like toilet odour. It was most noticeable after returning after a day out sightseeing. The second issue was the continual racket coming from the lift well.

very enjoyable
Pros:

Room was very clean and a had a lovely fresh smell.
We had a room with a kitchen and everything provided.
We would book again in future.

Cons:

Just the fridge was a little noisy during the night.
You could improve the choice of T.V programs and allow Netflix

Comfortable and welcoming!
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and more than happy to be of assistance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The washing machines and driers were free to use however there were only two of each, one was out of order and the other had wet washing in it. This was then removed and sat on the bench for at least 2 days.

Cons:

The lift made a loud banging noise when used. The noise was loudest when guests got in and out on our level. It woke us just after 5am and we couldn't sleep. Our room was near the elevator so the sound travelled. Reception staff did not appear to be aware of the noise however housekeeping would have heard it every time they used the lift. We were moved to another room down the end of the corridor, away from the lift.
There was also a problem with the supply of hot water in the mornings, with luke warm showers. Maintenance said this was not isolated to our room, was experienced by a number of guests, and caused by the system not coping with the number of showers being taken at the same time.
