Great location, not much parking but that was fine over the long weekend.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable - good size room with a very comfortable bed. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

We enjoyed our stay and very quiet apartment.
Pros:

Just out of CBD but just over a kilometre walk to Barrack Street and same to supermarket.

Cons:

The stairs to Kings Park were right outside our apartment which meant lots of people walking past constantly on weekend.
