Overall not a great experience and not ideal if you need reliable and comfortable stay for work!
Pros:

The houskeeping staff who cleaned my room were outstanding and did a great job!

Cons:

I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially if you're travelling for buisness. The water system had issues and the pipes were banging loudly throughout the night, which made it very difficult to sleep. the next day hotel was completely out of water for about 30 mins. communication from the hotel was poor there was no proactive update about the issue till I have called and spoken to the manager, after that the hotel decided to make a partial refund. Poor WiFi in the room as well!

Great location. Well appointed and very clean room.

Cons:

All 4 pillows in the room were uncomfortable. Flat and thin. And the elevator could do with a service, it was noisy.
Not a big deal, but something to look at.

Pros:

Location was perfect! We were attending a concert in Kings Park, so we could just walk from the hotel. Our room was clean, the bed was so comfy.

Pros:

Great location. We were able to walk into the city and go for a morning run in the beautiful Kings Park. Staff were very helpful and the room servicing very thorough.

Not worth the price we paid for this hotel very very disappointing
Pros:

Reception area was nice other then that nothing else

Cons:

Bed sheets had stains on them when we first arrived continued by a dirty window with bird droppings all over it, changed to a diffrent room after notyfying management nothing much changed dust on top of bedframe continued by water pressure being very bad

Loud weird noises for hours
Pros:

great location, staff friendly, room big and clean

Cons:

-Water pipes making loud , unpleasant sound intermittently at all hours
-shower not working, too hot or too cold, sputtering
-clearly a major plumbing issue as we received text messages all day giving us updates
-schoudnt have had to pay for a room that wasn’t fit to rent out
