Great location, would stay again.
Pros:

Great location, good access to bus routes, short walk into Subiaco and close to Kings Park. Very clean and the rooms facilities were immaculate.

Cons:

Was not told there was no housekeeping on Sunday. However the staff sorted fresh towels prior to leaving reception at the end of the night.

Also could sometimes hear the people above.
