Convenient location, clean apartment and helpful staff
Pros:

Convenient location, apartment clean and well equipped. Despite being on Kings Park Road the traffic noise was minimal. The only downside is parking however I stayed over a weekend so street parking was free. Close proximity to Leederville and Perth. Would stay there again.

N0 ON SITE PARKING
Pros:

Booked using Booking.com, I was very disappointed to discover after a long drive that there was no onsite parking. I booked the accommodation under the belief that the filters I used to book through Booking.com were correct, they were not! Don’t trust the filters and check directly through provider ie the hotel.
Staff were very good and understanding even though there was nothing they could do. Front office staff, morning and evening, and the house staff were amazing, I could not fault them. Room had everything I had expected was neat and clean.

Will be happy to stay again, loved being close to Kings Park.

Great location, easy parking, room had great facilities (kitchen, fridge, microwave)

No family rooms, no restaurant for meals or breakfast.

Great place to relax.
