It was OK but I will not stay there again
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, really centric: next to the main street full of restaurants, commerce, tourist agencies for booking activities, souvenir shops and access to taxis and bus station, you can easily walk to some recommended view points and some touristic places like the Goreme Open-air museum,

Cons:

I wouldn't recommend to book any activities or airport transfer with them. I booked an airport shared shuttle to he hotel on my arrival but there was nobody there to pick me up, luckily I could drive back with another shuttle I found at the airport that had capacity. I booked the "Green tour" with them and agreed by mail on a 60EUR price (although all the agencies around them were selling exactly the same tour with hotel pickup + lunch + entrances to places at 45EUR), but then when I went to pay the young guy at the reception told me that he was "very sorry" but the price changed to 70EUR. The communication in English was perfect by mail but once there in person all communication has to be done by Google translate: you speak-to/write-on the phone and Google will do the translation between Turkish and English which is OK for short communications but painful if you need to have a longer discussion. I believe for the price I paid the breakfast could have been a bit better without having to spend a fortune on it. At the end I stayed 1 night less but even though I released the room 1h before their checkout time (11 AM) they refused to reimburse me the cost of that extra night that I already paid.

Correspondeu ás expectativas.

Cons:

Funcionários sem conseguirem falar Ingles. Má comunicação.
Tive que reservar um dos quartos por mais uma noite e no momento disse que iria reservar via booking e nesse momento os funcionários colocaram o hotel como ESGOTADO no booking para impossibilitar a reserva online e assim aplicaram um preço superior e aleatório sem estar tabela de preços. Foi uma má postura e uma enorme falta de ética. Após ter pago o que exigiram, voltaram a disponibilizar as reservas no site do Booking. NÃO RECOMENDO pela falta de ética.

Good quality for paid price
Pros:

The location, the breakfast and the ladies cooking breakfast were great.

Cons:

The staff doesn't speak English and communicating is really hard. The rooms lack air and the lights are so soft you hardly can open your door without a flashlight

Pros:

Overall we did like this hotel but had a few issues at check in. We booked a room with an aircon and once we arrived there wasn’t one in there (it was hot during the day). The receptionist was on the phone to his manager and relayed to us that we either had to stay there, cancel or upgrade and pay to a bigger room just to have aircon. After we said we would just cancel, the owner then decided to upgrade us for free. Overall a good outcome and we were happy with the hotel/location just an FYI. Lucky they had another room available it was very hot without aircon otherwise.

Hotelul este așezat extraordinar chiar în centru. Ai tot ce vrei lângă hotel. Personalul extraordinar, mic dejun diversificat și bogat, camerele sunt curate și nu ai nevoie de aer condiționat chiar și la temperaturi de 33 grade. Parcarea îți este asigurata pe strada. Nu au o parcare proprie. În camera pe care am primit-o era și frigider. Nu toate au frigider sau aer condiționat dar cum va spuneam mai sus nu este nevoie.

Calidad-precio magnífica
Pros:

El alojamiento es una maravilla, 100% recomendable para pasar unos días en Göreme. Si ubicación es ideal para moverte a pie de un lugar a otro. Y he de resaltar el trato exquisito de Alí.

Séjour Agréable, je recommande
Pros:

Propre, localisation top, personnel gentil

Cons:

Pas de parking comme mentionné (il faut trouver une place dans la rue qui est difficile)
Par de stores pour les fenêtres donc lumière rentre tot et me réveille
