Adequate. Wouldn’t stay in that area again though.
Pros:

Bedroom was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Dirty stair case. Location was not in the best part of town. Run down outside.
Security men in very small reception was intimidating.

Location to train station and Marienplatz was great.Room was clean and staff were helpful.

Cons:

This room had no fans which made sleeping difficult during unusually hot summer night. Opening windows was not an option as Munich neighbourhood is a lively area after hours.

Decent room overall.

Cons:

No air-conditioning in the room which made the heat wave unbearable. No cleaning of the room during the stay.

Pros:

Close to bahnhof and walking distance to attractions and the metro.

Cons:

No air conditioning and the temps were in the upper 80’s. But they provided a large fan which helped a ton!

The location near the train station is convenient.

Cons:

The room was dirty. The TV and internet did not work. I informed staff of the problem, but they did not fix it. The shower head height adjustment was broken.
