The location is close to the town which is good because you have to go and find somewhere to get some dinner if you are hungry. The breakfast was acceptable and the young chap of the staff was helpful (as much as he could be - he tried)
The room was small and there was no heating - it was late Sept and at around 400m above sea-level it was chilly. There was a radiator in the bathroom but this did not warm the bedroom. The breakfast room was chilly in the morning - I commented on this to the young chap and apparently it was some problem with the heating system (why are they not getting it fixed??). When I paid and departed, I specifically asked if they could send me a bill/Rechnung by email to which he replied they could. I never received this and after my return home I emailed them three times about this - never had a reply, so this is pretty bad in my opinion
Location
Lighting - they used low wattage lights; nothing was bright . The toilet seat wasn’t tight and didn’t fit the toilet.
The rooms were comfortable and spacious
We never saw a human and there was no one to ask for anything like extra towels.
Lighting was poor...automatic and didn't always work and turned off before you made it up the stairs or diwn the hall to your room.
Couldn't get breakfast even though there was a food to a dining room open in the morning....no one was there.
