Once again the gym was not in good working condition to the point of being dangerous for any one using the equipment. This after I sent a email specifically asking about the condition of the gym.

Pros:

The location was convenient but the room was not clean and everything was in need of repair. Some of the staff were friendly but some were not. Extra charges for a second room key (had to leave key in room to activate A/C) and for an extra pillow (we only had 2 in the room). Would not stay here again.

Not a hotel to recommend!
Pros:

Hi. We had to nights at Apple a day Ao Nang. It was not nice at all. I would not recomend to stay at this place. We had to rooms with a hot tub outside. The terrace wasn’t cozy at all, so we did not use it. The beds were so hard. The Aircondition didn’t did not work and made a lot of noise. The refridgerate also made a lot of noise so We pulled out the plug.
The pool area is without sunbeds and places to stay, when you are not in the pool! 4 sunbeds for the entire hotel.
At last the breakfast was very bad the first day, and the bins was empty the next day, so we went to eat breakfast somewhere else. The staff did not understand what I was saying about the bad breakfast and we did not wanted to eat there, and wanted til money back.
Not a place to recommend!

Al salir nos cobraron una bolsa de playa que según ellos había en la habitación, por supuesto no había nada, el mal trato y la forma irrespetuosa que tratan en la recepción del hotel horrible a más de que no hablan casi nada inglés, tratándonos de ladrones por una bolsa miserable! Que si gasto miles de dólares en el viaje por que me llevaría una bolsa, los toallones siempre manchados, no dejaban toalla de mano, la limpieza mal, todo el baño manchado de falta de limpieza, dessstre total, la ubicación como en una calle que no da al frente. Remarcó nuevamente que Lo peor fue el trato pésimo de la gente de recepción que ya desde el primer día fue mala. Jamás volvería a ese hotel!

Desastre te cobran cosas que no hay en la habitac
Pros:

Una porquería, la habitación siempre sucia, toallas manchadas, no las dejaban en el acero y las tenías que pedir, el trato del personal del lovy malísimos y descortés y a todo esto cuando nos íbamos nos hicieron pagar una bolsa de esterilla de playa que según ellos había en la habitación, cuando no había nada al llegar, no hablan nada de inglés, comunícate con traductor, por supuesto haré la denuncia correspondiente a las atoridades de Krabi por el mal trato y cobrar algo que no había en existencia en la habitación al llegar
