Buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Buona posizione, si può parcheggiare nel garage dj fianco. Smart tv e aria condizionata in camera.

Cons:

Struttura un po’ datata, il mantenimento non è il massimo. Soprattutto nel bagno il phon andava a intermittenza, nella doccia il coperchio dello scarico si staccava.

La stanza è piccola ma accogliente, il balcone è un terrazzino spazioso dove si può tranquillamente cenare e rilassarsi. Ottima pulizia

Cons:

Non ho visto ascensori. Il bagno potrebbe essere più curato ma comunque pulito e funzionale.
