Pros:

Never seen anything like this. Reception is in the alcohol store next to the building. Dirt and cockroaches inside the apartment.

Pros:

The properties was dated. The apartment could use a remodel. The pictures that were displayed did not represent what we received. The WiFi was not consistent. We had a hot water issue that was resolved very quickly. The staff was amazing. Over all It sufficed for what was offers. The appointment is on the beach. Couldn’t beat that.

ロケーションは良い。広さが必要で、洗濯かできて、寝るだけと割り切れば悪くはないが、全体的に施設の質は低く、管理も非常に悪いです。
部屋により質の違いがあるのか？、写真のイメージと実際が違うので、大変、驚きました。

壁に穴、鍵穴も壊れていて、施錠ができない部屋だったので、部屋を変えてもらったら、次は 水回りの質が明らかに低く、洗面台の排水溝から水が漏れる部屋でした。

そんなやり取りに時間を費やし、予定が大きく狂ってしまいました。

マネージャーに不満を申し出たら、謝罪もなく逆に怒鳴る始末。話しても無駄と判断し、3部屋めは最低限滞在できるレベルの部屋だったので、我慢する事にしました。

非常に残念な滞在になりました。
再来はありませんし、おすすめ出来ない宿泊施設です。

This is the first time I stay at bushes hotel. The bed is so hard it like you lay down on the floor. Blankets so small, no toilet paper....

Pros:

Polite staff friendly owner nothing was a problem only downfall is the water pressure at times is weak .But that is a city wide problem .Good position straight across from the beach . Great value for money. The apartment even has a washing machine which was a great surprise . Would have no hesitation in staying there again .

Pros:

We had this one as a contingency because the hotel we booked "miss" our reservation. The room is big, but not thoroughly cleaned. Traces of former guests are still there. It's better than nothing.

Pros:

Big tall building with low class interior, low end equipment in side, bed is hard like rock, slide some door is so inconvenient, bath room is terrible design, cheap built, low end, elevator not feel safe- elevator floor not flush with stair floors -> scared. not worth $88 per night, Phu Quy2 is better bathroom , Nha Trang Lodge is much better for same price, not recommended if you from USA Like us.

Pros:

This property was no where near what I expected. I am an avid Expedia user and book most of my stays on here, but this was a huge disappointment! The pictures and reviews seemed good to me...until I arrived. I traveled with a group of 11 and we had booked 3 two-bedroom apartments. When we first arrived, the lobby was hot and extremely packed. There were 3 (slow) elevators for a building of 40+ floors?! It took about 20 minutes to just get in one-it was so full I'm surprised it didn't get stuck. Finally made it to the 37th floor and checked into one of the apartments, only to be welcomed by the smell of stale and to find one of the bedrooms with a huge leak and the whole bed was soaked. There was also what seemed to be mold on the ceiling of the living room? The other bedroom had a nice view of the beach, but had stains on the sheets. I was disgusted :(

There was no way I could stay there and sadly just took the loss in what we've paid and ended up booking the Sheraton down the street. I don't know if we just got a bad batch of rooms, but I won't be taking another chance staying here. Although the property manager was helpful, it didn't make up for the condition of the rooms.

convenient and clean hotel
Pros:

location is just behind the Nha Trang Centre hotel and is easily accessible to the local restaurants and bars. For the price, it is a good deal and the security uncle is helpful to book a taxi for you back to the airport at a good price.

Wish I have booked somewhere else.

The first issue we ran into is the elevator, too long of the wait, too slow and too crowded. Second issue, WiFi worked on and off. Third, bathroom had issue with overflow water, called to fix but still did not work. Fourth, no dryer or place to hang our clothes. Fiftieth, only one time room service during our 4 days stay and the room service staff was rude. Sixth, unbearable garbage smell from the floor on the first day. Overall, very disappointed, unhappy stay.

Avoid for this price
Pros:

I would not stay here again - the property is not correctly represented. It's described as an apartment within a vacation property, but there's no access to the pool or any other facilities without tracking the manager down and buying a ticket for access. The apartment is OK, but way overpriced for what you get. There was no power when we arrived, and the manager holds a passport hostage (claiming some "regulation" requiring them to hold it, which is not true according to my Vietnamese friends there, nor required by any other hotel). They only give you one key and access card, with no duplicates (a problem when there are three separate adults that aren't necessarily hanging out together). The kitchen had nothing to cook food with, so cold cuts or microwaveable only. No terrace.

On the positive side, great view, good wifi, near good cafes/markets/clubs, and good A/C. If it were half the price it would be reasonable, but for this rate - go somewhere else. We would have walked out and gone somewhere else but it was after midnight and most other places in the area were booked for the weekend.

Cannot recommend this place.
Pros:

My apartment was on the 45th floor of a 46 floor building. With more than 40 rooms on each floor, there's a clear need for more than 3 lifts in the building. Moving around was a very slow process! There's an enormous building site next door, and the noise of jack-hammers was ever-present.
The apartment has not been cleaned recently with anything more than cold water on a murky rag. The water diverter on the shower did not work, and probably hasn't for some time, so washing under the water faucet was the best I could hope for.
My biggest problem though, was the cleaning man who turned up with his bucket and cloths at 8:45PM! Yes! Quarter to 9 at night! And then at 6am the next morning. Creepy!!!
My return flight time was changed twice on the morning of leaving, and it took 2 text messages and a phone call to get creepy man to return my passport.
This is NOT a hotel. It is actually behind a hotel, and is a small collection of apartments sprinkled throughout this enormous apartment block.
