Pros:

Location was good. Staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

The spring break atmosphere.
Open pools to street. No pool only for guests. Very loud music and strong base room vibrated from music.

Very good staff! Cleanliness! The 4 pools and the pool area was really awesome!
Pros:

We enjoyed the pools! The rooms were very clean! We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool! The hotel was close to everything! And the complimentary coffee was a nice bonus! Very good experience 👍

Cons:

Coffee in the afternoon would be great!

Was ok, but probably wouldn't stay again, unless it was the only opiton
Pros:

Staff was friendly and it was very clean.

Cons:

Lighting in the bathroom was not good. Also, several lamps had an issue with going off and on. In addition, our room was next to an area outside of the pool area were smoking was allowed, but we had to suffer the smoke to enter our room. The pool music was too loud too.

I plan to come back with my friend in August who is from Arizona.

Your Staff is excellent and very friendly. The staff went above and beyond when we asked for something to drink coffee at 5:30 pm. I lost the lock on my Golf cart, and they never charged me. I enjoyed every one of your staff and the girls who cleaned the rooms. Very clean ..

Cons:

The only issue was that people who do not stay at the hotel used the pool and showed up with outside food and drinks. We were told no drinks or food could be brought into the pool. The people who did not stay at the hotel were majority younger girls, 20 -26 were very rude and would hold the floats when they were out of the pool, so no older people who could hardly walk could even use them. My one friend has hip issues, and I went to take the one float on the ground not being used, but next to the girls' chairs, she started yelling at me and swearing. This is at the river pool. Also, young kids and teenagers jump off the rocks where the waterfall is.

Great place to stay on Put In Bay!
Pros:

There was no breakfast option.
The room was very comfortable and the A/C worked great!
The staff were awesome!
I would recommend this property to my friends

It was very comfortable and clean , a coffe pot and microwave would have made it perfect.
Pros:

Very very clean. Quiet friendly staff. Location to downtown

No microwave or coffee pot in room as advertised. No smoking on balcony?!

Pros:

Great location if you enjoy being within walking distance to all the bars/restaurants. Bartenders were friendly.

Cons:

The signage says that they don't allow you to bring any kind of outside cup to the pool area. We found that to be very inconsistent depending on who the security was at the gate. So every time you want a drink of water, you have to wait in line at the bar for a small plastic cup.
