walked in the room to see a dirty towel on shower knob, many flies in the room and the guy barely speaks english

The room stunk, wasn't clean and very crowded.

The bed was old and not comfortable

Everything was bad and ran down … refrigerator was plugged to a socket that didn’t work… microwave look like it’s been in a fire didn’t work …socket wouldn’t even hold my chargers in … bed was definitely old and need to be replace pillows walls… this hotel creepy

Could of had some paper cups. And at least one soap disc. And a coffee maker.

..... I made the booking thru you guys but had cash to pay with which is why I didn't pay thru you ... I go to put money in the card get it on there show up at the motel on time he said my card machines down need cash well I only had enough for the room in order to get it off there was a 2.50 ATM fee.... I go back there and he wouldn't accept it being 2.50 short .. I found . 50 in my car which made it 2$ under...... I understand that it cost what it cost but it wasn't my fault his card machines was down I had to wait untill midnight when my son got off work to have him send me the money to get in there.... It just got worse from there.... The room had a smell of spoiled yogurt as you walked in to it the bed wasn't made and I'm assuming by the stains on the bedding that it hadn't been changed since the last people stayed.... There was what appeared to be urine in the sink when I stated that the room was unacceptable he told me that it was the only one available and that there was no refunds.......

I got charged twice at Booking.com and at the front desk,still waiting for my refund

The room was very dirty. Badly stained carpet in the room. It smelled dirty. The extra lock on the door was broken, and being on disability I wasn't expecting to have to walk so far to the room. I would have been better off saving the money for the hotel and slept in my vehicle.
