Minha experiência nesse hotel foi maravilhosa! Desde o pessoal da recepção, pessoas bem simpáticas e facilitadores, desde o atendimento aos meus pedidos extras, como subir com minhas malas para o quarto, uma vez que estava me recuperando de uma lesão no pé, até alguns minutos de tolerância para o checkout. Hotel perto de tudo, dá pra ir a pé a barzinhos, andar na orla. O hotel fica em frente ao lar com uma vista linda! Ao lado do corredor Vera Arruda, onde tem a estátua da médica psiquiatra Nise da Silveira. O café da manhã foi satisfatório. O estacionamento mesmo sem ser coberto, mas o carro fica em segurança. Chuveiro com ducha e água quentinha. Limpeza maravilhosa! Camas confortáveis. Nada a reclamar. Voltarei mais vezes. Super indico!😃

Gostei da localização do hotel, da limpeza e do conforto da cama e do travesseiro. Gostei também da máquina de café, com várias opções de café.

Esperei mais do café da manhã, inclusive pelas fotos! Eles repetiram as mesmas comidas todos os dias em que fiquei hospedado, sem falar que muitas coisas não tinham muita qualidade, a exemplo, a empanada/torta de frango, muito massuda, com pouco recheio de frango e sem muito sabor. Os pães de forma sem graça, secos, além disso não tinha pão de sal (cacetinho), nem pão de milho. A sanduicheira não estava funcionando bem. O primeiro quarto que me deram estava com um vazamento no banheiro, mas eles imediatamente me deram outro quarto.
