great! whats with the bad reviews???
Pros:

great! we honestly don't understand what the bad reviews are about. the only negative thing we found was that there were mosquitos in the room.
the staff were super friendly, the breakfast was nice, the room was large, quiet and comfortable. the internet was the fastest we have had in our 3 1/2 weeks in Myanmar.
yes the water drained slowly in the bathroom, bus that's common in Myanmar.
for the price, it was amazing. last time we were in Yangon we paid more for a capsule style room that was so small we literally couldn't stand in it. it was a closet with a bed in it, and a shared bathroom.
the room we had here was huge and clean and quiet, and the staff were very friendly. it was the perfect stop since it was close to the airport and we were flying out the next day.

DIRT, avoid it!
Pros:

Easily the worst "hotel" during our 1-month stay in Myanmar and Thailand. DIRT, everything so used, toilet just disgusting. Nice staff, but completely lost, no english speaking. We all (2+2) woke in the middle of the night needing to leave the place immediately. It was also one of the most expensive places. My advice: better to avoid this place! Ordering a meal here was also a terrible mistake. Only laundry was OK.
