Pros:

The location is great, close to the beach and the busy streets of haeundae but removed enough to not be right in the center of the noise. There's multiple busstops within 5 minutes walk and the subway station is ~10 minutes away. The room was clean, modern and bigger than it seemed in the pictures, i expected a shoe box, we instead had plenty of room to unpack all of our suitcases etc.

Cons:

This wasn't a negative for us but you should know that any advertised ocean view is a restricted view in between the buildings that stand on the opposite site of the road closer to the ocean. (It's still an ocean view though, so not false advertisement and we found the view to be very pretty)
Breakfast is only available on weekends, but there's a brunch place in house with great food and a convenience store and bakery just around the corner.

Best price for a large room and the perfect location in Haeundae
Pros:

The location is perfect. Just a 3-min walk to the Haeundae beach and to the promenade zone with cafes and restaurants. A very large room, considering the alternatives we had for the same price in the area. They cleaned only the every other day, but it was fine for us. Even when they did not clean, they brought fresh towels and bottles of water, leaving them in the door daily. They were receptive when we asked for large towels, since many accommodations in Korea do not offer large towels.

Cons:

The personnel speaks very little to no English at all. And they are not very welcoming/happy with their job, seems they are underpaid or overworked...

Wunderschönes, modernes Zimmer mit bester Aussicht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt, um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft war super, sauber, groß und nachts wunderschön beleuchtet. Der Strand war sehr sauber, hatte schöne Sonnenuntergänge.
