Pros:

The NH Collection hotel near Rome’s Termini train station was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Indeed, the hotel was an easy 2-minute walk to the lobby of the Termini station.

The hotel’s staff was courteous and professional. We particularly would like to acknowledge the agent who helped us get checked in on the night of February 15 after our tiring day traveling. He was gracious and helpful. I believe his name was Alessandro (pardon me if I’m mistaken). If the hotel manager reads this review and can please forward our appreciation to him, please do.

The hotel’s breakfast buffet was nicely prepared with excellent selections. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The service staff at the restaurant during breakfast were friendly as well.
