We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Our flight was delayed and we only arrived at 2am, but the experience could not have been better. The staff welcomed us warmly, checked us in quickly, and even surprised us with an upgrade.
The breakfast was incredible, with so much choice — everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and made for a very relaxing stay after a long journey.
From the moment we arrived, we truly felt like royalty.

I really wanted to love this spot, but let’s be real: a five-star price tag needs to come with five-star energy. While it’s a total vibe on the surface, the service has some major catching up to do.
The Highlights ✨
Location: 10/10. Literally steps from the main train terminal. Convenience is king!
The Welcome: The doormen are the real stars. So welcoming and genuinely helpful.
The Vibe: Spotlessly clean and smells like an absolute dream the moment you walk in.
Breakfast: Really enjoyed this, worth waking up for.
The Reality Check 🚩
The Service Gap: Aside from our lovely check-in lady, the reception vibe was... cold. Being ignored for a phone call during checkout and getting abrupt energy from the night staff is not it.
Rooftop Blues: €20 for a cocktail and €8 for a Coke? Fine - but only if the service is sharp. We had to ask to be served twice, and our drinks finally arrived just as we were walking out the door in frustration.
Room Fails: The AC wouldn't drop below 19°C, and the TV had a "halo" light that stayed on all night (RIP my sleep). Plus, only one water for two people? In a 5-star?
Final Thoughts: It’s a stunning property with so much potential, but right now it’s giving "great location" more than "luxury experience."
First time at NH collection. This was a great experience. Wonderful hotel, super clean, modern, and amazing hotel staff from reception, restaurant, to the rooftop bartender Samanta who was the best!
