Cons:

Las ventanas estaban con un problema de cierre en la parte alta, y no quedaban bien cerradas, provocando que entrara frío y ruido. Aseo mal echo ambos días no limpiaron baño bien.

Wonderful stay with outstanding staff
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location, and despite being close to the railway station, there was no noise at all. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming — even the housekeeper was always smiling and kindly prepared face masks for us in the room, which was a very thoughtful gesture after a long day. We would also like to praise the luggage staff, who were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay.

Very good hotel in Rome city center
Pros:

The hotel locates very near the Rome Termini station, so it is easy to travel there. The breakfast was very good; for example fresh orange juice. The staff was friendly. This time I didn't use the minibar, but there would have been a good selection.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und damit sehr gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war schön und das Frühstück war sehr gut.

キレイで便利だが、忘れ物厳禁
Pros:

まず、駅の目の前で、バスもあり、交通が便利。周辺には、観光客慣れした明瞭会計のレストランがたくさんあり、気楽に外食できる。スーパーは、Piazza dell'Indipendenza 28のConad Cityの品揃えが良かった。

バスタブ付きツインの希望が通って有り難かった。部屋はモダンで快適だったので、ホッとできた。

Cons:

クローゼットに子供が帽子の忘れ物をして、翌日探してもらったが、出てこなかった。宿泊日も部屋番号もわかっているので、だれがハウスキーピングをしたかはわかるだろうに…仕方ないと諦めましたが、子供ががっかりしていました。

日本人客が多そうだったので、TVはNHKも視聴できればいいなと思いました。

Kahvaltı muhteşem. Türkler için kahvaltı çeşitliliği çok önemlidir. Memnun kaldık. Tüm ama tüm personel özellikle de Elisabetta ( kendisi Türkçe de biliyor) bizi rahat ettirmek için ellerinden gelen her şeyi yaptılar. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim.
