The location was awesome. 750metres from the most amazing beach. Shows every night were amazing. Food was great, lots of variety and the themed nights kept it fresh and exciting,
No one to assist with luggage, holiday goers reserve sunbeds at 6:30am, lifts are slow and no kettle in the rooms.
The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the sea views and pool area were absolutely beautiful. Evening entertainment top top.
There was honestly nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a perfect holiday.

Super freundliches Personal , immer wird man freundlich gegrüßt , wenn man VIP bucht hat man noch ein paar mehr Extras und etwas mehr Komfort in allem . Waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal da es gefällt uns sehr gut .
Iris from the restaurant was very kind to our baby. Kids disco staff was also cute. Maintenence guys bring back our baby strandball.

In all inclisive you dont get the real coffe, the real coffe you need to pay, and the drinks are not original. If you want original you must pay.
The quality of food should be better, exp. The chicken was poor quality and very bad tomato for eating. Also every day the choice is the same, so it could be more different food everyday, Ii didnt like the smell of the shower gel and shampoo, Very bad smell. And finaly on the end they dont let you take the drinks or lunch the last day. We had.a flight at the evening and that suprised me. It is not nice for the guests.

Emplacement fabuleux, descente par des rochers au pied de l'hôtel, établissement très propre. 2 restaurants à thème, 3 snacks, 4 bars. Personnel très accueillant. Petite attention à l'arrivée ainsi qu'au départ.
Réservation des transats avant l'ouverture de la piscine. Il y a pourtant ces règles qui sont transmises mais comme partout pas d'action.
Best place for family with kids . 2 weeks gone very quickly but best two weeks
The hotel was great. The complex and pool areas were clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities and entertainment were great. Play area and activities for kids were there. Food was nice and variable enough. Two beaches within walking distance of the hotel. Overall, we had a brilliant stay.
Although the entertainment was good, some nights it was a little bit loud when putting our toddler to sleep in the room. The pillows weren't that comfortable for us but manageable. One of the beaches was closed for a couple of days due to possible E.coli contamination in the water. It is of course great that the water is checked but it was a little disappointing that we had to leave the beach. The local town was fine with shops, bars and mini golf, but some parts looked a bit run down.
The staff was very nice. The food was very good.
All sun bads were always acopayt with towels, from 7:00 in the morning. People are leaving towels and going for breakfast. Or come back to bed for sleeping. And then back for sun to them occupation sun bads. This is ridiculous.
