I was a little disappointed with the breakfast this time.
It seems as though they took away some of my favorite food items.
One final thought about breakfast; instead of the soup made with yogurt please try a non-dairy soup such as lentil.
It goes well with many foods and more people can enjoy it.

The restaurant manager is exceptional.
She is always so thorough and careful about making sure that everything is taken care of.
It is nice that there are still people of her character working in the hotel business.
She always contributes to me having a wonderful experience at this hotel.
It is always such a pleasure to see her and speak with her.
She is a rare gem these days!

I almost forgot to mention that the hair dryer in my room did not work.

I was not able to wash my hair.

Pros:

Had an excellent experience of staying here with kids on our tip to Bursa. Right opposite to Kent shopping center. Room service was amazing too.
