Found a greedy and insensitive person during traveling.
Pros:

Breakfasts was good.
Room Ambience was good.
Cleanliness.

Cons:

Morning front desk staff was was too greedy. We requested one hour late checkout because family member fall sick because of too much of traveling, when request one hour late checkout she said you have buy a membership. So we checkout on time and went to nearest restaurant and halt our journey for couple of hours till person feel better.

All in all, it was a very good stay! Thank you for valuing my feedback.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and had great/safe parking.
The room that my sister and I FINALLY got was spacious and quiet. A big storm was coming through at that time, so it was nice to already be in a safe location.

Cons:

My/our initial introduction to your hotel wasn't exactly a pleasant greeting from the front desk associate on duty that evening. There was no smile and I felt as if I were being "looked past" not "looked at." After being given the door card, my sister and I ( both exhausted after a long drive) discovered that the door card did not work on our initial reserved room. Someone else had been given our room and was now occupying it. We went back to the front desk. I explained to that very same associate that someone else was already in our room. I believe it must have dawned on her that this actually was not a good introduction to your hotels service( this was our VERY FIRST TIME there).
She immediately gave us another room on a different floor and apologized for the inconvenience. We definitely applaud her for fixing the mess up so quickly. That was the only drawback to our visit.
When we checked out the next morning, the front desk associate was spectacular!!! She acknowledged me and my sister immediately. She greeted us with a beautiful, warm smile, asked us if we slept well etc. She truly represented your hotel very well!!
