На ресепшн при заселении ночью дали неработающие ключи, при выселении не дали чека о возврате депозита на карту, хотя долго просил об этом

Продлить время работы Lounge Access с 18:00 до 21:00. В Lounge хотелось бы больше морепродуктов.

Cons:

у меня был заблокирован номер Premium King Room with Sea View - Lounge Access, 3 взрослых.
В бронировании так указано:
Максимальная вместимость - 3 взрослых
План питания - Завтрак входит в итоговую цену.
Но мне пришлось в отеле доплачивать за дополнительную кровать. Это было для меня неожиданностью и огорчило пребывание.

Pros:

Были на Новый год. Отель находится в городе, но создателям удалось в городской черте воспроизвести антураж курортного отеля. Плюсы от нахождения непосредственно в городе: небольшой торговый центр в трёх минутах ходьбы, развитая инфраструктура вокруг, возможность дойти пешком или доехать на копеечном такси до центра. При этом на компактной территории отеля бассейн с лежаками, ухоженная растительность, детская площадка позволяют ощущать себя не в городе, а непосредственно на море (оно действительно рядышком, но не для купания). Температура в начале января позволяет спокойно загорать. Конкурентов на лежаки нет, китайцы в принципе не про загар. Вода в бассейне прохладная. Зайти и искупнуться хорошо, но плескаться долго точно не получится. Термальные источники это минибассейны с горячей водой. Их три штуки, практически всегда пустые.
Отель современный: большое лобби, доброжелательный персонал, всё ухоженно. Мы срочно переезжали в этот отель из первоначально выбранного (там при понтах было запустение на гране брезгливости), поэтому брали два номера из того, что можно успеть 30 декабря.
Номера просторные. Есть мини-кухня, много мест хранения. Уборка вполне качественная.
Если хотите зимой на море, но при этом без тайской жары, это хороший вариант. Хайкоу заметно крупнее и более продвинутый, чем Санья в плане инфраструктуры, но менее курортный по вайбу. Зимой в Хайкоу попрохладнее градуса на три, чем в Санье. В зависимости от температуры и ветра весь день ходишь в футболке, или же днём в футболке, а вечером поверх кофта. Пара дней были пасмурные, тогда целый день в кофте.

Cons:

Отель хорош, но о спортивном зале этого не сказать. Маленький и плохо спланированный. С прилегающей территорией постарались, а зал был сделан для галочки.
Завтраки хорошие, но заметно ориентированные на китайцев. Это оправдано, так как китайцев в отеле не меньше 90-95 процентов. Но с учётом, что китайцы с удовольствием едят и другие кухни, в отеле могли бы чуть увеличить интернациональную кухню и завтраки бы только выиграли от этого. Тем не менее яйца, беконы, круассаны и ещё куча всего в наличии.

Tout est parfait !
Pros:

On a réservé 3 nuits vu sur l océan et la chambre est immense avec une vue magnifique. La chambre est bien organisée pour profiter du paysage et la décoration est top . Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux avec énormément de choix . Tout est parfait 👍

Pros:

Room has amazing view, great staff and we were provided food we didn't have to go out of the hotel and can relax in house instead. We have washing machine as well in the room which was great.
