Pros:

We were traveling with a newborn on oxygen. As soon as we got checked in the baby went into crisis mode. Staff was exceptional in their response!!! They made sure the ambulance got in and straight to our room and checked on us after the crisis had passed

Clean, comfortable and a fantastic breakfast.
Pros:

Location was the reason I chose this place. It is close to the hospital my son was in. The room was attractive, spacious, and comfortable. Loved the modern bathroom with the walk in shower. The free breakfast was fantastic!

Cons:

When I first walked in, there was no one at the reception desk. It took a couple minutes of looking around for an employee before she noticed me and came to assist me.

Will absolutely stay at this location again.
Pros:

Great location and clean rooms!! Staff was amazing overall. Caught a billing error and fixed it before I even knew about it.

Cons:

The hot tub was a little cooler than I prefer and juice machine was out of order at breakfast. Overall not deal breakers.

Breakfast was delicious! Staff were very kind and helpful.
Pros:

The lobby and breakfast area were very clean!

Cons:

The room itself needed some attention. The bathroom door didn't close well. The tub needs new caulking. The tub faucet didn't quite switch all the way to shower mode.
The mattress was a bit too firm, yikes! I kinda felt like I was sleeping on a wood table.

Great One Night Stsy
Pros:

We spent a Sunday night in a suite on 4th floor. Room was clean. Bathroom tub was not pretty. Pet fee $25 much more reasonable than my normal Hyatt brand. Breakfast was good with cheese omelette, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fresh pancake machine, juices. The cinnamon roll was ok; not nearly enough frosting for me. Parking lot at night well lit for my dog walking. Area safe. Free parking. Not too far from interstate. The only issue is it appeared hot tub needed a good cleaning. It smelled too.
