Great view good breakfast.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the view was great. Breakfast was pretty good. The shower was very good. The laundry was great with a good price.

Cons:

The pillows were terrible, way too soft.

Pros:

We loved the location, we were close enough to walk the city to everywhere we needed to go. The room had everything we needed. The pool, complimentary Breakfast and drinks were very unexpected but so nice to enjoy with our stay. We brought our son (age 6)and he loved it so much he wanted to live there :)

I would 100% stay here again if I was coming to a show in Pittsburgh.
Pros:

Cool building in an excellent location, with easy access to multiple parking garages as a bonus. The room was spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, and a great breakfast spread.

Cons:

No complaints!

Pleasantly surprised how great it was !
Pros:

It was so clean and comfortable . The location was perfect . 2 dunks at evening free and an awesome spread for breakfast to free. We had the King suite and it was so roomy . Loved the decor. Will stay again ❤️

Cons:

Parking was $42 dollars however , there is a garage close and it was only 16 dollars.

Valentine’s Weekend Trip
Pros:

We stayed for Valentine’s weekend and had a great time staying here. Emma at the front desk, Randi at breakfast service (she is so warm and funny), and Alan at the bar - they all provided EXCELLENT and super friendly service the entire weekend. The building is historic and you feel that. The lobby of the building could feel more warm or festive, but the hotel lobby on the 25th floor is comfortable and modern. Location was great, but outside feels a bit gritty. Parking is off site but the price is not terrible for downtown. The room we stayed in faced the river (off in the distance), plenty of space, and very very quiet. The only bad thing that happened was someone’s dog peed (a lot) in front of the elevators. I called the front desk at 10pm and told them about it. When I went to breakfast the next morning, the entire hall smelled like urine. I told Emma at the front desk, and it was mopped up within 15 minutes.
