Cons:

Housekeeping usually did not replenish coffee, cups, etc in room. Only towels were replaced. Lobby desk was out of coffee for coffee maker when we requested it. Not all lobby staff were pleasant.

Very Clean and Very Friendly Staff at least on the Afternoon Staff. Morning Staff was kinda grumpy.

Cons:

The breakfast is very chaotic. Should have more places to sit the food. Everything kept running out. And if you’re not with a big group you kind miss out on everything for someone holding a spot for the next person. Have a little more help with putting more out.

Room was nice. Checked in late at night but it was smooth.

Cons:

We asked for room to be serviced all they did was replaced towels. Garbage was left in floor and tissues not replenished.

Very good location. Manager was very nice but facility was understaffed.

Cons:

Room needed major air freshening due to smelly dogs from prior guest. Used lots of Pooph and Lysol to make it palpable. Housekeeping never came 2nd day, emptied our own trash and brought used towels to front desk to get new towels.

Great location , clean facility and excellent breakfast

Cons:

Stayed on the 3rd floor hoping it was the top floor and it wasn’t . Every night it sounded like rooms were wrestling above us NX sounded like they were gonna come thru the ceiling . No sleep for us
