Pros:

This is one of my favourite hotels. I have been there twice and I am planning to go back in the autumn. The hotel 's location is wonderful, it is in the downtown, opposite the Opera House. It is such a nicely furnished and decorated hotel with so many beautiful items of furniture. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, too. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, they are available at any time. The atmosphere is very friendly, their guests are very important for them, they do everything so that their hotel guests should feel great. I also loved the breakfasts so I can say this hotel meets all of my expectations.

I loved everything: staff, location, room, meals, kindness, helpfulness.

The location of the hotel is very good. The employees are very respectful and polite. We arrived before the check-in time, they were very helpful. It has a reliable place and clean rooms. I definitely recommend it.

Çok güler yüzlü genç bir beyefendi vardı çok yardımcı oldu sabah karşı otele varışımızdı gitmeden bize ulaştı ve uçak saatimizi teyit etti sabaha karşı otel kapısını açtı ve güler yüzlü bir şekilde karşıladı. Otelin konumu çok güzeldi bir çok yere 25 dakikalık mesafelerle yürüdük özgürlük meydanına çok yakındı ve kvarts coffenin hemen yanında bulunuyor otel.

Cons:

Kaldığımız süre boyunca temizlenmedi oda biz istedik o noktada biraz daha özen gösterilse daha iyi olabilir.

Pros:

The hotel was very central and easy to get anywhere in the city. The staff were very friendly and accomidated our requests happily. The charm of the building and internal decor were lovely.
