Pros:

Çok güler yüzlü genç bir beyefendi vardı çok yardımcı oldu sabah karşı otele varışımızdı gitmeden bize ulaştı ve uçak saatimizi teyit etti sabaha karşı otel kapısını açtı ve güler yüzlü bir şekilde karşıladı. Otelin konumu çok güzeldi bir çok yere 25 dakikalık mesafelerle yürüdük özgürlük meydanına çok yakındı ve kvarts coffenin hemen yanında bulunuyor otel.

Cons:

Kaldığımız süre boyunca temizlenmedi oda biz istedik o noktada biraz daha özen gösterilse daha iyi olabilir.

Pros:

The hotel was very central and easy to get anywhere in the city. The staff were very friendly and accomidated our requests happily. The charm of the building and internal decor were lovely.

Pros:

otel gerçekten harikaydı. Oda çok rahat ve temizdi. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, her konuda destek oldular. Konumu ise mükemmeldi. şehrin tam merkezinde olduğu için ulaşım çok kolaydı. Hem rahatlık hem de sıcak bir ortam arayanlar için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

good location, friendly and supportive staff.
Pros:

best location, very cooperative staff, especially, i would like to mention Receptionist GIVI who was very proactive and ready to help. moreover, complementary coffee/tea was an added advantage.

Cons:

i could not avail the breakfast, as its time was not convenient. it starts at 9.00 am which is very late. it should be atleast 7.30, i belive.
