Hotel ad un prezzo competitivo in pieno centro
Pros:

Ottima colazione. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Reception 24 ore su 24.

Cons:

Ero in una camera vicino alla reception e mi dava un po’ fastidio sentire la musica di sottofondo della reception che continuava ad andare nelle ore notturne. Il personale, molto disponibile, ha provveduto a risolvere il problema spegnendo la musica nelle ore notturne.

Heel sfeervol en ook nog eens gezien de ligging heel praktisch.
Pros:

Prachtig pand, hele mooie binnenkomst in een lange, stijlvol ingerichte gang. Mooie kamer en personeel kwam na de incheck zelfs een theetje op de kamer brengen.
Koffie/theefaciliteiten overigens ook in de gang om zelf te pakken.
Ligging in hartje centrum.

Tesis merkezi konumda. Dekorasyonu tarzı çok güzel. Gittiğimiz ilk gün çalışan beyefendi çok iyi karşıladı ve çok yardımcı oldu. En çok konumunu , tarzını ve dekorasyonunu beğendik. Tavanları çok yüksekti çok beğendik. Kliması çok iyi çalışıyordu.

Cons:

Tesisin beğenmediğimiz tek tarafı kahvaltı parasını Ödemiş olmamıza rağmen bize lunch box olarak verilmemesiydi. Otelden çıkışımız kahvaltı saatinden önce olacağı için hakkımız ve parasını verdiğimiz kahvaltıyı lunch box olarak istedik. Sanki dünyanın en saçma şeyini istemişiz gibi tuhaf tavırlara giren resepsiyonda ki orta yaşlı sarışın kadın çok rahatsız ediciydi. Bakışları tavrı çok çirkindi. İlla tamam bi kahvaltıya da gerek yok sandwiç de olabilir dedik biz ondan çok absürt bir şey istiyormuşuz gibi gözlerini devirerek no no diyerek karşılık verdi. Eline 2 yoğurt alıp bunu alın susun diyerek aşağılar şekilde davrandı. Son gecemiz bu kadın yüzünden kötü geçti. Yani hem parasını verdiğimiz hizmeti alamadık hem de kötü muameleye uğradık. İlk gün gittiğimiz bizi karşılayan beyefendi ve otel genel olarak güzeldi. Bir de temizlik problemi vardı çok temiz bi otel değil

Old facility at good location

It's old age facility. The bathroom was smelling even though it appeared clean. The breakfast was just about ok.

Central location and comfortable bed.

Cons:

In terms of cleanliness, the towels were of poor quality and the room needed a really good deep clean. Also, the location was random - the hotel occupied only part of the first floor of the building. There was noise from the street throughout the night.

Одно замечание: была очень жесткая подушка.

Хорошее местоположение, множество кафе, магазинов, обмеников, метро, ТЦ

Cons:

В целом соотношение цены и качества отличное, придраться можно всегда. Но нам все было хорошо, двое парней на ресепшене 🤝🤝 быстро заселили, отвечали на все вопросы. Огромная им благодарность!
