This is a hotel brand we frequently use, so I was quite disappointed with our experience. Traffic at this location is very heavy on weekdays, making it difficult to enter and exit the parking lot. The pool was temporarily closed, but this was not disclosed at the time of booking or check-in. The refrigerator in our room was not functioning, which appears to be a recurring issue with this hotel brand, as we've experienced similar problems during previous stays with Hampton Inn. Additionally, the beds, which were listed as queens, appeared to be fulls, and were very hard, with one bed making noises as if it might break apart with movement. Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied and decided to cut our trip short by one day due to our experience at the hotel. We would not recommend this location.

A very nice hotel
Pros:

My daughter and I stayed here for a night as part of a larger trip we had undertaken. Although we were only here for a brief time, I was very impressed by this hotel. It is well designed and has a great feel in the lobby area and walking through the halls. The room was spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. Everything is well maintained at this hotel. The hotel is a short drive to the University of Kentucky and the downtown Lexington area. It was quite convenient for us to access all the areas we wanted to see during our visit. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Lexington.
