Very nice place to stay
Pros:

Excellent selection at breakfast! Delicious food!

Cons:

Hard boiled eggs were very hard to peel and had a funny taste.

Pros:

Stayed at Hampton Inn all across country.
Best ever. Walked in with room cool,clean, and fresh. Staff hospitable.
Bonus was great reading and bathroom lighting.

It was okay.
Pros:

It was close to the hospital and loved the nightstand next to the bed very convenient.

Cons:

There was hair on our shower wall and you can see it right away and on the fold out sofa there was no sheets to cover the mattress and it looked like there was a blood color stain on it. The blankets could be a little thicker and not so rough. Besides that it was nice.

Great breakfast and ready to hit the road right after I loaded the car
Pros:

Close to the Downtown venue of the Rupp Arena where I attended an Andrea Bocelli concert

Pros:

It was clean,the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

I felt that booking.com dropped the ball. I had book the room through them, the motel called to see if I was still going to check in and I confirmed I was. There seemed to be a problem because at first they couldn't find it under my last name. They finally found it. That was a waste of your employees time. But they didn't complain they had it under control and was really professional about it. Thank you for that.
