From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Require maintenance - cracked bathroom tiles, moldy ceiling. Cabinets and corners Not thoroughly cleaned.
Its proximity to Legoland (a short stroll across the street and through Medini Mall) is appealing. It was a fairly comfortable stay. We appreciate the late checkout extended to us upon request.
The property (rooms included) is showing signs of neglect and shoddy maintenance & upkeep, both in the common areas and within the rooms.
I was awoken at 1.30am by the sound of slamming doors/windows from possibly the unit/s above due to strong winds. We also heard howling winds from the living room despite the balcony doors being closed, so not the most soundproof - a bane to light sleepers.
Breakfast wasn’t simple but food quality could be better. Cooked food was on the salty side and cereal could have been kept fresh in air tight containers.
Room is spacious, clean and we got the highest level and Legoland could be seen from our window (Walking distance). The staff were super friendly, my check in and check out was a breeze. The Bed is super comfy and the sheets was too. Everything was great and worth every penny! We will be back here again.

The room was well maintained and very clean.the cleaners were friendly and helpful.front desk staffs were friendly and helpful.especially the indian girl and malay lady.the swimming pool was clean.
Securities were helpful too.
The breakfast spread could be improved as they have very very limited type of food.however it taste good.

Not really a 4 star property. Cheap laminate floor boards. Shower in main bedroom mounted at child height, shower floor constantly gets wet - impossible to avoid spill from the shower. Always have to ask for more toilet paper - for some reason they never left any spare even when the existing roll (which are thin 1 ply paper) is about to run out.
Was also annoyed to get a message when I was already on my journey asking me to confirm my stay or they will cancel my booking as they were fully booked. My booking terms were every clear - a certain free cancellation period and then I have to pay whether I turn up or not - they already had my credit card details, so what is the point of sending this email ? Really do not need these types of anxiety inducing emails when you have already commenced your journey with the whole family.
the 2 bedroom apartment was great, very clean and beautiful with all you need in a mini kitchen plus a washing machine. great location there, never used grab to go around as we could walk to Mall of Medini which is right across the road and we could walk to both Legoland theme park and Legoland waterpark.
The outside area of the hotel is not well taken care off. the building feels like a residential place before you get to the reception, then the corridors also feels the same, the inside is great though.
