From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

the room is exactly as shown in the photos and its clean.
the breakfast was disappointing as there were very limited choices. the tables at the cafe were also not properly cleaned.

The 3-bedroom unit is excellent for a family.
location , comfy bed , spacious room, fully equip kitchen, comfy bed, clean toilet. all perfect.
staff is exceptional
the hotel is going to run down if there is no improvement in maintenance. doors and walls look rundown , aircond leak and old. sofa clean but its worn down. no hotel restaurant during the day or night. overall its still good for the price if going to legoland.
Reception is open 24 hours (as far as I know), & the staff were very helpful.
Breakfast options are fairly limited. The building & room in general is a little worn out, with yellow patches on the ceiling & squeaky appliances. But most egregious of all is the almost nauseating fabric spray scent on the couch/sofa which really bugs me even just from sitting in the proximity of it for a couple minutes.
All of this are more noticeable considering the price of the stay + the entire area being relatively new to begin with.
Location, facility, easy check in and out
Require maintenance - cracked bathroom tiles, moldy ceiling. Cabinets and corners Not thoroughly cleaned.
Its proximity to Legoland (a short stroll across the street and through Medini Mall) is appealing. It was a fairly comfortable stay. We appreciate the late checkout extended to us upon request.
The property (rooms included) is showing signs of neglect and shoddy maintenance & upkeep, both in the common areas and within the rooms.
I was awoken at 1.30am by the sound of slamming doors/windows from possibly the unit/s above due to strong winds. We also heard howling winds from the living room despite the balcony doors being closed, so not the most soundproof - a bane to light sleepers.
Breakfast wasn’t simple but food quality could be better. Cooked food was on the salty side and cereal could have been kept fresh in air tight containers.
Room is spacious, clean and we got the highest level and Legoland could be seen from our window (Walking distance). The staff were super friendly, my check in and check out was a breeze. The Bed is super comfy and the sheets was too. Everything was great and worth every penny! We will be back here again.

The WiFi connection at 29th floor is lagging and slow
The room was well maintained and very clean.the cleaners were friendly and helpful.front desk staffs were friendly and helpful.especially the indian girl and malay lady.the swimming pool was clean.
Securities were helpful too.
The breakfast spread could be improved as they have very very limited type of food.however it taste good.
