I really like a refund from the hotel or expidia ( recommended very highly), whole situation with bad room to noise from wedding, service was all given to weddings & not to guests. The price we paid for two rooms was too high for that we got.
Expidia must take this hotel out of their recommendations or give very low ratings

Traveling to nathdwara after 15 years from the US. Very nice property with very polite staff.

Bathroom was smelly.

we had comfortable stay and were looked after by all the staff

property is not convenient for the temple , although near the poor state of the roads mean an uncomfotable ride.

People who are fond of beauty should definitely visit this place...a must visit place for soothing experience!!

The dining room staff were fabulous. The food was excellent. The location was wonderfully secluded. The pool needed to be cleaned. The room was spacious with a nice view.

This is an excellent hotel for visiting nathdwara temple. Staff are prompt and courteous. Food is great. They have a drop by electric car to the a point close to the temple. (Costs 300/-). Good concierge services

We reached the town late night. There was no one to give us directions. We were hardly few hundred meters away from hotel. There was no proper sign to hotel.

THERE WAS NO NAME TAG ON HOTEL HUGE FRONT DOOR . Some one responsed behind the door after we honked for 15 min. After that we came to know we were in front of hotel from last 1 hour and kept on searching for it

The hotel had shuttle service close to the temple. Amazing staff, amazing food and amazing service. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

We recently stayed at Justa Nathdwara. We had 3 rooms, with a total of 6 adults and 2 children. We all had a wonderful time. The golf cart service is very very good. A very nice way to enjoy Shreenathji mandir !

Good property at top of hill with natural surroundings

A property near the temple was needed. This is a new Hotel and needs to ramp up the services for the class service that the property demands. Overall a good comfortable stay.
