Location for events in the Palazzo del Turismo and the friendly staff.

Cons:

The beds are a bit hard and the pillows a bit thin. It would be wonderful to have fresh fruit juice available with the breakfast instead of the concentrate as well as better breads.

Die kleinste Duschkabine der Welt und andere Ungereimtheiten
Pros:

Die Dachterrasse mit Pool ist ein echter Pluspunkt. Das Frühstück ist solide – Standard, nichts Besonderes, aber in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist sauber. Es ist offenbar eines der wenigen mit echten Raucherzimmern: Aschenbecher vorhanden, Raumspray intensiv im Einsatz. Optisch haben mir die türkisfarbenen Wände ohne Bilder gut gefallen. Für eine Person und zwei bis drei Nächte ist das Zimmer ausreichend. Bei ca. 100 € pro Nacht mit Frühstück ist der Preis akzeptabel.

Cons:

Für ein so großes Haus gibt es nur eine relativ langsame Kaffeemaschine – und der Kaffee hätte deutlich wärmer sein dürfen. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten korrekt, aber ohne erkennbares Engagement. Beim Auschecken wird die Kartenrückgabe lediglich abgenickt – kein „Waren Sie zufrieden?", kein „Gute Heimreise".
Das Zimmer ist deutlich kleiner als auf Booking angegeben. Der Kleiderschrank ist platzsparend ums Bett herumgebaut, der Nachttisch dadurch nur ein offenes Fach. Der Safe fasst höchstens eine Brieftasche – kein Laptop. Der Fernseher ist sehr klein.
Das Bad ist das größte Problem: Die Dusche ist extrem eng – ungefähr Campingmobil-Niveau. Normales Einseifen ist nicht möglich, ohne zwischendurch herauszutreten. Der Duschkopf lässt nur einen einzigen Strahl zu. Dazu: eine defekte Toilettenspülung, die das Wasser nicht hält, und ein veralteter Wandföhn.
Die Einrichtung wirkt in die Jahre gekommen, viele Armaturen dürften rund 15 Jahre alt sein. Die Lobby ist veraltet und etwas unglücklich gestaltet – inklusive ungenutzter klassischer Schlüsselfächer hinter dem Tresen. Das Bett hat nur ein Laken, keine richtige Decke – im März war das grenzwertig. Der „direkte Strandzugang" ist relativ zu verstehen: realistisch etwa fünf Minuten Fußweg. Vier Sterne sind nicht gerechtfertigt – auch der Dachpool ändert daran nichts.

Mi viene assegnata la stanza 411, una camera che evidentemente sanno già essere problematica. È situata accanto a una pompa dell’acqua che resta in funzione tutta la notte, producendo un rumore continuo. Impossibile dormire anche solo un minuto.
Segnaliamo subito il problema al custode notturno: nessuna soluzione. Zero assistenza. Sono stata costretta passare l’intera notte insonne.
La mattina il responsabile si scusa e promette un rimborso tramite buono, dicendo che mi avrebbe ricontattato. Lascio i recapiti.
Non si è fatto sentire nessuno.
Scrivo io dopo giorni: risposta vaga, “le faremo sapere”. È passato quasi un mese e ancora totale silenzio.
Non solo vendono camere INVENDIBILE consapevolmente, ma prendono anche in giro i clienti con promesse mai mantenute.
Struttura totalmente inaffidabile e gestione pessima. Evitate assolutamente.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein Traum und lässt keine Wünsche offen.Im Hotel ist es sehr ruhig und atmosphärisch. Schöner Parkplatz.

Cons:

Es gab nur eine Kaffeemaschine beim Buffet . Die Schlaf Bereiche sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Getränkeautomaten funktionierten leider nicht wir haben aber sofort bei der Rezeption welche bekommen.
