The location was great and the breakfast was reasonable.

Cons:

The room doesn't have sufficient lighting, the windows are completely sealed that don't open even for a bit of air. The exhaust in toilet needs improvement.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel an sehr praktischer Lage undvielen Restaurants und der Tram um die Ecke. Das Auto wurde vom Parkservice geparkt, das war super komfortabel. Frühstück war auch ausgezeichnet und das Personal freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön und das Bad relativ groß.

Sehr gute Lage und freundliches Peronal

Wir hatten einen besonderen Vorfall während unseres Aufenthalts, bei dem das Kuscheltier unserer Tochter versehentlich beim Housekeeping mit der Bettwäsche verschwunden ist. Für unsere Tochter war das natürlich ein großer Schreck.

Umso mehr möchten wir dem gesamten Team ein riesiges Dankeschön aussprechen! Das Hotel hat sich wirklich engagiert, intensiv nachgeforscht und schließlich das Kuscheltier wiedergefunden – das war für uns alles andere als selbstverständlich.

Die Hilfsbereitschaft, Freundlichkeit und das echte Bemühen des Personals haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Man merkt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird.

Vielen Dank nochmal für diesen Einsatz – Sie haben unserer Tochter (und uns) eine riesige Freude gemacht!

Très agréable
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien placé, 10min à pied pour aller au Dôme, le tram n'est pas loin aussi. Il y a pas mal de restaurants tout proche aussi.

Le déjeuner est très bien. On y trouve de tout, du sucré, salé, fruits, céréales, fromages, toasts, bacon, œufs...

La salle de bain et la grande douche italienne, très agréable.
