Un geste déplacé et maladroit
Cons:

Pour une chambre double à 250 CHF/€ par nuit, l’hôtel ne vous offfe qu’UNE SEULE bouteille d’eau pour la totalité du séjour. En guise de « cadeau » de bienvenue: un petit bocal de bonbons Haribo et un petit bocal de cacahuètes placés sur le plateau des thés cafés qui sont offerts dans tout hôtel qui se respecte.

Par contre, ce que l’hôtel ne vous dit pas, c’est qu’il vous facture ce prétendu «cadeau» si vous consommez le refill dès le 2e jour. On ne vous le dit pas, mais on vous facture chaque petit pot 5 € au moment du départ!

Ce geste très maladroit n’encourage pas à retourner dans cet établissement gagne-petit.

Autre point noir: le parking facturé 33 € par jour qui n’est même pas couvert!
Et les ascenseurs poussiéreux et extrêmement lents pour desservir 6 étages

Perfecto para conocer Milán
Pros:

El hotel se encuentra a unos 15-20 minutos del Duomo y de la zona centro de Milán. Es un paseo que no se hace pesado. Encuentras muchos restaurantes y bares por el camino. La habitación en la que estuvimos alojadas era muy confortable, con camas cómodas, suficiente espacio en el armario y un baño con todo lo necesario. Se agradece la botella de agua de cortesía que reponen cada día y el detalle de las golosinas. El desayuno nos encantó. Estuvimos tres días y no nos cansamos. Abundante y variado.

Cons:

Estuvimos muy a gusto con todo el personal, que fue siempre muy amable, pero como punto a mejorar, en el servicio de desayuno te quitaban el plato con demasiada rapidez. Resultaba un poco molesto tener todavía pan en la mano y que te preguntaran si podían llevarse el plato.

Pros:

Personale cordiale e disponibile, upgrade all’arrivo molto gradito. Hotel ben tenuto e camere spaziose, é stato un ottimo soggiorno!

Nice stay
Pros:

The location was very good in a quite neighborhood and close metro and tram stations. Friendly staff always there to help you.

Glad to have stayed here. Will probably stay again on next visit to Milan.
Pros:

breakfast was great - buffet style with eggs and bacon etc.
location was great also quiet but with some nice restaurants around - just to keep in mind that metro stations (if required) are a 15min walk away
