Extremely disappointing stay — poor service and unacceptable lack of communication.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, but guests were not properly informed about what was happening. The most disturbing part was that someone entered our room without notifying us or asking for permission and removed a chair and a piece of furniture from the room. We only realized this had happened afterwards. This is completely unacceptable and made us seriously question the security and privacy of our stay.

The staff was also virtually impossible to find. There was no proper reception service or communication when we needed it. We stayed for three days and nobody even asked whether we wanted our towels changed. Basic housekeeping and guest service were simply missing.

Renovations can happen in a hotel, but they do not excuse poor communication, entering occupied rooms without informing guests, removing furniture without explanation, or neglecting basic service.

Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and far below what we expected. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

We booked a superior apartment advertised as two bedrooms plus a living room. We were instead given one separate bedroom and a bed in the living room, which we felt was false advertising. There was nothing “superior” about the room itself. It was basic and in need of renovations. Beds were hard and the curtains didn’t cover the windows, so you won’t get a good nights sleep. We would have complained if we had been staying for more than one night

Dostupnosť, strazene parkovanie v cene, ciste priestory, prijemny wellness a samozrejme personal.

Cons:

Malo ulozneho priestoru na izbe, nedokoncene napr. svetlo v kupelni. Chybal botnik, vesiak na bundy... Asi jedina izba na kluc, ostatne boli na karty.
Mozno by bolo prínosné, kebyze je ta moznost a niekto sa tomu povenuje, aby zákazník videl presne izbu, ktoru objednava. Ak by som vedela, ze bude takato, vybrala by som inu, ak by bola tiez dostupná alebo sa ubytovala inde.
