Minha reserva foi, cancelada sem aviso , quarto sem ar condicionado e se ventilador (depois de muito custo foi arrumado um ) arrumaram outro quarto sem cama de casal , hotel péssimo

Insatisfeito com Minha reserva neste hotel

Gostei apenas da localização

Cons:

Atendente da noite,a mais velha em questão de tempo da empresa ela é péssima em tratamento ao cliente e nos colocou em um dos piores quartos do hotel,sendo que existia um quarto melhores,
E o café da manhã é pouca opção e atendente fecha a porta e tranca antes de terminar o horário de encerramento café.

Não indico para ninguém este hotel que precisa de treinar atende mais pois não tem empatia alguns ali.
