Pros:

Nice and quiet. Good location, 25EUR by taxi to city centre or bus stop just outside apartment you can catch bus that takes you straight to the city centre.
There is tesco just 5min walk and wonderful pub The Merrion Inn maybe 10min walk. Food and service great 👍

Cons:

Wardrobe sliding door wasn't fixed properly, so we had to remove it for safety reasons but I'm sure that this can be addressed and dealt with.
