Pros:

We liked everything. Clean comfortable room. Morning breakfast was good. Nice pool and hot tub. You won't be disappointed here. Highly recommend.

Cons:

There was only one thing that that would have made it 10/10. We were on the 1st floor and the floor from upstairs, we'll you could here it squeaking when people were walking around.

Pros:

The staff was amazing! Very welcoming. The pool area was really nice. Their breakfast wasn't just waffles, it was omelets. There was a variety of breads, sausages etc. Highly Recommend

Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I like that we were asked if we needed housekeeping while checking in. We were there only for 2 days so we didn't have to worry about it because we were asked when checking in. We were able to check in early which helped us out because we had medication that needed to be refrigerated.

Cons:

The only thing to change is the toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The toilet paper shoots off and lands on the floor.

Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Customer Service
Pros:

Overall, the room was nice, clean, and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues that made my stay disappointing.

When I arrived, the air conditioning was not running, so the room was extremely warm. There was also no hot water during my stay. The coffee tasted very watered down, although the breakfast was decent.

The most disappointing part was my interaction with the front desk. It was a very hot day, and I went to get one bucket of ice for my small cooler. The front desk employee was rude, gave me an unfriendly look, and told me there was a sign saying the cooler could not be filled with ice, which I respected that. I politely explained that my cooler was already full and that I only needed less than1 bucket of ice. Despite that, the interaction felt unwelcoming and left a negative impression.

I travel frequently and stay in hotels regularly, and I have NEVER experienced anything like this. I’ve also NEVER seen a sign like this on an ice machine. The policy itself wasn’t the issue—it was the rude way it was enforced. Unfortunately, the customer service made me feel unwelcome based on my experience, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND staying here :(

The breakfast wasn't all that good. The sausage was dry and tasted black! The fruit was not so good as the apple was rotten on the bottom. Otherwise the stay was good.

It was great to find a fresh, clean hotel in such a small town.
