I could say that you get what you pay but this time the air extraction sistem wasn’t working

Pros:

Very very comfortable very good customer service the young lady that helped us was very courtesy very well mannered and very respectful the guy that worked in the night also he was very very respectful very well manner helped us very good because we have to move rooms because we had a lot of roaches and our room and he took care of the problem right away

Cons:

I have nothing bad to say it's just that they need to take care of the insects like the roaches that was my main concern the roaches in our room we found four roaches and the in the hour that we were sitting there but otherwise everything was good it's just that they took care of us right away though

Pros:

The location of the hotel was great. The rooms were pretty clean, and so was the bathroom. When I asked if I could get an extra pillow at the front, she was nice and gave me one with no questions needed.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is that the room would get really muggy after a hot shower (since there is no vent in the restroom), so it felt like there was moisture in the air at times.

I needed to wash some clothing. i did so in the bathtub. I opened a packet of the Super 8 Shampoo to wash the clothing. I discovered this shampoo has Fragrance. I have allergy to fragrance chems and would be sick if I used on my hair. Get rid of this F#^^!#& S%^! 15% of people have this allergy. I rewashed clothing at home still has this odor
